My wife & I stayed here on part of our private tour in Myanmar. We stayed here 5 nights & didn't encounter any problems. We checked in on the 14/03/19 & Checked out on the 19/03/19. Check in smooth & our original room was upstairs but when we came back in from our first day touring around the staff asked us if we wanted a pool room view which was nice of them so we excepted & moved camp. Room design was typical & the A/C was cold when needed. Hot water ok & room cleanliness great. Breakfast was good & staff very attentive. Reception is available 24/7 so you can call anytime. I used the pool a few times & it was very clean & cool. On hot day in Bagan, its exactly what you need. The hotel is located in New Bagan on the start of the main street so its only a 5-10 min walk into the town center. We had a free day on our last day there so i booked in for a massage. Very nice.

My husband and I had a brief, but pleasant one night stay at Razaygo hotel in Bagan. A low key property with a soothing ambience, it's best for those looking for a quiet stay. The pool is great for a swim after a long, dusty (Bagan roads are quite dusty) day of monument hopping. Our ground floor room was pool facing with a small balcony. The room was a bit compact and the double bed was attached to the wall on one side, so the person sleeping that side has to get off from the other side. But, there was a thoughtful welcome message for us on the bed designed with flowers. The bathroom with a walk in shower was quite spacious and well equipped. The hotel had an in house restaurant. There are several other restaurants close by also. We had a very early morning cruise to Mandalay next day. The hotel staff promptly woke us up at 3.30am, gave us a packed breakfast and helped carry our bags to the tuk tuk. Though we stayed for just one night, we had a very comfortable stay and most importantly slept well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good place to stay in Bagan.

Me and our travelbuddies stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is very nice, confortable, new rooms, nice little garden with swimming pool and a real good internet connection! But the most important thing for me was the high standard of service and the professionality of the manager. We need a late check-out and the manager did her best to help us for a really good price. That’s when travellers feel pampered. Thank you!

Firstly, I don't usually write reviews, but I had an exceptional experience here. This is not a 2-star hotel; I have stayed at 4-star hotels that do not exhibit the level of care and attention to detail I experienced at this hotel. They went above and beyond to make my friends and I feel welcome, and to accommodate us in every way. A+++ service all the way.

The spa was a pleasant surprise. There didn't seem so many spas or massage places online or advertised. I saw the sign as I was walking. The room is was clean and elegant. I had the 2 hour facial and Balinese massage package for $45. The massage was amazing. Very relaxing. I highly recommend this spa for value and service.
