We adored this resort. Everything was wonderful: the room, pool, hotel itself with the marvelous Toraja architecture, restaurant and the friendly & helpful staff. We also got a terrific guide named Gibson, who spoke superb English, & driver thru the hotel. They gave us an excellent tour including a funeral and to see the baby graves as well as the usual...

The hotel was located in a huge 5 hectares land with more than 160 rooms and about 140 active rooms. Some rooms are located in the Tongkonan, Toraja traditional houses. The staff are really nice, however the hotel looks old and tired. It would be good if they have a total revamp of the place. Price per room is expensive...

Very spread-out property of two-storey units. Although there were very few guests registered, we were put in a room about 10 minutes' walk from the main reception area. There is no a/c but we asked for and received a fan so the room was cool enough. There was only one chair in the room and our request for a 2nd...

Being in the outskirts of Rantepao, a very busy town, the Heritage is nested among the hills, and it's very quiet, considering the area. The archictecture is very similar to the traditional Toraja and is appealing. It is considered ny the locals as a very high level and expensive resort. In fact, for the Indonesian standard it's quite expensive. For...

A peaceful place to stay. Choose from regular style hotel rooms with stone, timber and local fearures or stay in a traditional family house style construction done as a hotel room. A grand hotel with good facilities and very friendly staff. Showing its age in some areas but very comfortable.

We spent three nights here on a tour of the Toraja region. The rooms are in Torajan style buildings, some a bit of a walk from the main building (and you need an umbrella/waterproofs if there's a downpour). We had a spectactular view over the nearby rice paddy fields. The room was large enough as was the bathroom although hot...
