We stayed in this hotel as it was close to airport . Hotel provided pick up/ drop airport for free . Reception and other hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel had beautiful and huge garden. They also had big pool open for public, located in front of the hotel - separated from hotel area. We chose the villa type room, it was a wooden building over the garden. Room was quite big, had terrace in front and small one at the back. Room had refrigerator also Aircon and TV worked well . Room lighting was not bright , but still okay for us in the evening. Having dinner at hotel, food was good with reasonable pricing. Breakfast was great , both taste and presentation .

Verygood resto and mini bar ok and room clean.. Spa ok.. Swimmingpool clean and verynice,very nice place cool air even the hotel staff were friendly and polite and a cool place, the distance of the airport which is very close, even a shuttle service to the airport free of charge

Great Bungalow Resort close to the Airport.The Bungalows are spacious, clean, comfortable bed, and nice shower. The food in the Restaurant is tasty and of good quality. Arif the chef is a great cook, who will make shure you are delighted. And he is also a very nice and very smart chat partner, making you feel like a stay with friends. Breakfast buffet is big and very tasty. All you can think of. The staff of the Resort is wonderful. Very freindly and familiar. We had the honer to celebrate Indonesia's Independence day with them. Thanks a lot to Arif and all others.

This is an amazing hotel - one of the best we have stayed in Indonesia! There are both rooms and wooden bungalows. We stayed in one of the bungalows which was excellent value for money – spacious with all the modern comforts, very comfortable beds, with a high ceiling. The wooden bungalow is well worth every penny. With excellent friendly staff, very beautiful lush grounds (full of trees, plans, mini-lakes), this is an oasis only 20-minutes outside the main town of Pontianak. The restaurant is also great. The new chef, Arif, and the manager, Reza, are very attentive and will cater to all of your needs. This is a 5-star plus hotel experience!!! Highly recommended.

What a find! Was looking for accommodation close to the airport and found this absolute gem of a place. Accommodation here is a selection of different sizes of beautiful wooden cabins and rooms set in a lush tropical garden with beautiful wooden walkways connecting the different areas through the gardens. Service is outstanding, from the free pick up from the airport (and drop back again!) to the room service, lovely helpful staff everywhere, at the reception, in the restaurant, most of them with excellent English. As some others have mentioned the rooms are slightly worn, but the new management is on a mission to revamp the whole place to get it up to spec, even so it is still the nicest place we stayed in in Borneo. The onsite restaurant has a lovely new head chef who cooks absolutely delicious, beautifully presented traditional dishes, along with a few more western influenced ones for those craving a taste of home. We stayed in a room that was huge, lovely big comfy bed, tv, air conditioning, lovely clean white towels, hot showers and amenities provided in the bathroom. The place also has a spa. I hadn't planned on getting any massages as we were only staying one night, but am so glad I did! I had a 2 hr full body massage and body scrub and and a 1 hr facial, all for around 30 euros! And boy was it worth it! I am a masseuse myself and am often underwhelmed by some massage treatments elsewhere, but let me tell you, this was the real deal! The massage therapist was top notch! Extremely professional and executing really high standard massages, using excellent massage techniques in a very clean, professional environment. The facial was exquisite, and after the complimentary ginger tea afterwards, I left there floating on a cloud of relaxed happiness! We rented a whole resort for 2 nights and 3 days for a church event. About 60 Koreans came from Korea and 300 Indonesians plus 20 Koreans came to the resort for the event. Even with a language barrier, the whole staff and the president was so kind and helpful. Pak Budiman, the president of the hotel was so generous, he even invited us to a special dinner party, and made sure every parts of resort were being prepared well. Since more than 200 people were staying at the resort, we were quite worried about a quality of food, accommodation, snacks, and etc but a full staff helped us more than we expected. The resort was beautiful, food was amazing, and rooms were fine, but I have to say their service - willingness to help was super amazing! Best hotel we have stayed in Pontianak. This resort has charm, although rooms are a little worn. Airconditioning ok, not great. Staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful, also spoke English. Airport pickup and drop off provided as part of service. We left before breakfast but had dinner in restaurant - nice presentation & tasty food, portions could have been more generous. Very good massage. Swimming pool small and needs improvement. Location is near airport, a car/taxi necessary to visit city centre. Overall good value & pleasant.

Totally worth for your stay at Pontianak. You didn't realize that you are in a city as the resort environment and facility is so dammmm good. I will recommend anyone that want to explore this Khatulistiwa City to stay here.

I booked a terrace suite room with bathub as shown in Traveloka app. When I checked in, the receptionist apologized and clarified that the room does not have a bathub and the information in the app is inaccurate. After midnight, I was locked out of my room because the electronic door key jammed and waited in another room for 3 hours until the engineer fixed the issue. Only apology without consolation. Worst experience ever. Never again.

Well maintained hotel,good hotel staff. Quiet place,nice and natural environment,relaxing. Spacious room,large bed,clean. But unfortunately the swimming pool was not well maintained. Breakfast still okay. If you want a place to rest,this is a good place.
