we ordered a hotel room, one of which was a twin for 2 people with breakfast via travel. But only got breakfast for 1 person. This is the first time in my experience that something like this has happened. If we order for 1 person, why don't we order the single one? Book a twin because it's for 2 people. I don't know who is wrong, it might be an evaluation for hotels or travel.

Neo+ was fine for a 2 night stay. It’s only 3 years old, so I was surprised at how well worn the room was, but it was pretty clean. The aircon leaked all over the floor on my first night but was ok the second. WiFi didn’t work well at all. Bathroom was quite sparse - could have done with a couple of small towels and a hair dryer. Breakfast was mostly Asian with an egg station and toaster. The big negative for me was the location - not the best of locations for a visitor, and quite a long way from anything. Down by the water is far nicer.

Decent hotel to stay. Self collect drinking water from purifier in corridor which is fine. No issues with cleanliness. About few mins walk to a supermarket. Breakfast provided is sufficient and okay but staff needs to be more attentive when things run out, especially coffee!

My intention was to stay at another hotel as it's near to the malls, but that hotel was fully booked. We searched around and found this hotel. No regrets Hotel is located near to restaurant. Hotel breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only issue it that the massage session my friends took was disappointing as they include the time from booking at reception to the therapists arrived at room. paid for 75 mins but only got 55~60mins.
