Fortunately this property at Sheratin Guiyang is saved by the front desk staff. I stayed at 2 properties in Guiyang this week: Kempinski and this Sheraton, obviously the former is newer but the staff are cold. On the contrary the Sheraton is managed by warmed and helpful person
