My wife and I just spent a week in Guiyang, and we enjoyed every moment of it. This Pullman has what it takes both as a nonpareil business hotel and a home away from home. The facilities are beyond reproach. The 30th floor executive lounge is a quiet oasis to work in while enjoying one’s surroundings. The 5th floor restaurant where breakfast is served offers a vast buffet to satisfy any and every taste. One evening, we indulged in the buffet dinner which was also excellent. As was the case with our experience at the Pullman Shanghai Skyway, what really separates this establishment from its competition is the quality of its people. At every turn our needs were anticipated and the hotel staff, from the moment we checked in until we were dropped off at the airport by the courtesy car, went well beyond the call of duty to assure our stay was a delight. For example, the breakfast opens at 6:30 AM, but one morning we were leaving very early and even at 5 AM, were surprised to find a skeleton staff willing to open the restaurant for us. Extraordinary and greatly appreciated! Our room was a very good size, perfectly laid out, spotless, faultlessly maintained and equipped with enough outlets to satisfy the battery charging demands of today’s business traveller. We absolutely loved the city of Guiyang! The neighbourhoods are distinctive, the people overtly friendly, and the street scenes will please and excite anyone who likes to sit back and people watch. The downside? ”No Smoking” signs appear to be in place merely as graphic design elements and spitting, replete with guttural accompaniment, is enthusiastically practised. In conclusion: Guiyang is a fabulous diamond in the rough, and the Pullman Guiyang Hotel is polished to perfection!…
Excellent service in a beautiful setting. Faith and Luna are awesome hosts. Very professional. If one has to sit for focused quality time then this is the place. I would prefer to visit this place again
thanks pullman aierocity for best hospitality and superb conciage team jairam,himanshu and all the helpfull staf from concierge and cront desk team. we had a huge wedding group was checking in and there was almost 1000 bags in both the hotel they handled it very carefully . overall the hospitality which they shown it was great.
Front counter was helpful and courteous. Checked in at about 1230am and can see that the counter staff was trying to be fast so we can rest. Breakfast selection can be improved. Service staff were also friendly and helpful.
As in the past visits the people in charge to attend the customers are very helpful, specially Mr. Wang Yang, thank you for you help me. Excellent this part. About the room the best can I say it keep clean and it is very important for me, congratulation.
