My husband and a friend were climbing Kilimanjaro, and I was not. So, we were looking for a place with a pool, restaurant, and helpful people. Communications with the hotel were very good, and they said that I would not be stuck alone, and lonely. They contacted a local tour guide, Freddy Chikima, who sent me on safari with the kindest of guides. When I was at the hotel, alone, the staff was super friendly and always excited to see me and wanted to see and hear about my photographs and adventures. The food was wonderful, and so was the hospitality. Our room had an amazing view of Mt Kilimanjaro, when it decided to reveal itself. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean, safe, amazing people! I intend on coming back to Moshi, in the future, and for sure, staying here.

I booked two rooms at Parkview Inn for my wife, a friend, and myself. The friend and I were visiting Moshi for the purpose of climbing Kilimanjaro, but my wife had no intention of doing so. I wanted a place for her with a pool and a restaurant. Parkview Inn delivered both in excellent fashion. The restaurant menu has local, western, and Indian influences; and everything we ordered was excellent. The complimentary breakfasts (with a British vibe) were far and away better than what you might expect from a US hotel. The pool, surrounding garden, and 3rd floor observation deck were beautiful. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the grounds were secure. I did not worry at all when I left my wife to venture out to Kilimanjaro. The hotel was also able to hook us up with a local your operator (and fixer) who helped us schedule safaris, waterfall, coffee farm, and cultural tours, as well as covid testing for our return to the US. When I return to Moshi, I will definitely stay at Parkview Inn again.

Hotel is lying in centre of Moshi. We came from Mkomazi National Parc that day. First we wanted to drive to Arusha for overnight but was too far, Moshi is an good place in between. Next day we walked around the place, all friendly people.

I was fortunate enough to stay at the Parkview Inn both before and after my climb of Kilimanjaro. From the moment I walked in the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was both restful and enjoyable. The hotel let us leave some personal items behind while climbing so I didn't have to carry it up and down the moment or risk the items I purchased getting lost or damaged. When I returned 8 days later they remembered my name and went straight to work getting me taken care of and into a clean and restful room post climb. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at this hotel. The price is incredibly reasonable for the excellent accommodations.

The Parkview Inn was the hotel that Ultimate Kilimanjaro put me in before/after my Kilimanjaro hike - I arrived Sept 19th - checked in, had help with my bags, and realized this place was really nice. It's in Moshi City - maybe 10-15 walk to the market area. The bed(s) were a little firm but were fine nonetheless. The pool looked inviting but I never got a chance to swim. That evening I wasnt up for leaving the (gated) property so I ate at the restaurant at the hotel. I got fried fish, chips, a beer, and ugali for maybe $7usd (I left a $3 tip and just gave her a $10). WIFI worked well which was helpful. The next morning we were able to lock anything up we were not taking on the hike - that was nice. After our 8 day hike we were greeted by the lady (who knew all our names still), and again someone helped me with my bags. The rooms have A/C units and a mini fridge and TV (but I never watched TV). The final night we all went out to eat and the lady recommended a taxi/bus and arranged pickup which was super helpful. This place was part of our package with U.K. so I really dont know what a night stay costs but I felt like the service and amenities were outstanding.
