This place had a great atmosphere. It was pretty central located. The staff was friendly. Very good place for meeting up with other travellers. Wifi that unfortunately didnt work very good. The common areas were very clean but our room and especially the bathroom was not so clean. They do laundry and it was very good but you should count...

Perfect affordable location with a very friendly staff. We had a great room and it was relatively quiet compared to most hostels. Don't miss the top floor view! We will definitely return and stay with them again!

The hostel was recommended by someone living in Moshi for years and it really is a secret tip for someone on a low budget (12 000 tsh per night in the 20 people dorm). Unfortunately, it was a little hard to find being not really known. The terrace - and in general the common area was really enjoyable to stay...

Backpackers paradise was recommended to us but we wouldn't recommend it to others. The staff were quite unfriendly and refused to offer breakfast in the morning despite several signs around the hostel that said they would do so for 5,000 Tsh on request. The room we stayed in was clean but extremely hot with no circulating air (the small fan...

I am fairly confident to say that this is one of the best places to stay in Moshi. Recommended to us by a few people back in Malawi, we decided to stay here while our short visit in Moshi. The dorm rooms are spacious with each bed having their own mossi net. There is a chance to hand was your...

We walked for 20 mins on the wrong direction because of their very specific but completely wrong location specified on their FB page. When we called confused they were not helpful. Haria hotel is MUCH better and cheaper by over 10,000 for a much better room - plus they have a super chill rooftop bar/restaurant! Skip this place!

It´s a great place to stay, sleep, plan trips and drink some cold beer or coke on the rooftop terrace. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The privat rooms have a doble bed with mosqito net, a cupboard for clothes and a Ventilator. There is free wifi in the outside area, where friendly people from different countrys sit...

I spent a few days here before and after climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. Behind its secure walls it is a lovely spot with a small communal kitchen and relax area. They have DSTV and a fridge with ice cold drinks. The rooms are clean and big. There are mosquito nets and fans in each room. My suggestion would be a cupboard...

I chose this place because it is off the main drag and this fairly quiet at night. It is still convenient to shops, bars, restaurants,... The staff are friendly and like to talk with people. The breakfast is quite filling for T5000. If you don't have a lot of laundry you can hand wash for free or give it to...

“We felt the rooms in the rear building are more quiet in the morning.”

“If it is empty, go for the dorm because its cheap and you may get it by yourself. Worth it to go from the private room w/o bathroom to the private room with bathroom. The cost is only 6 dollars more and the bathroom in room is much easier than the one shared. Also get a room by the lobby area so the wifi works in the room.”
