We stayed at the Mt. Kilimanjaro View Lodge for 3 nights in July 2017. The setting is unbelievably gorgeous, perched on a foothill of Kilimanjaro with views out over the valley with Mts. Meru and Kilimanjaro making occasional spectacular appearances. The road in is definitely...More

Pros: great views, tranquility, friendly staff. Good wifi from main lodge. Cons: difficult 7km/30+mn road from tarmac road, poor signage, very basic rooms and meals. Ideal for a stopover but not a long stay.

I did not have the answer to your question but I asked them and here is the answer; yes, we do provide transportation to and from Kilimanjaro Airport with our own vehicle. Our 2017 Rates are in our Web Site. Also, we do... More

There is no pickup & drop provided by the lodge. I assume you would also be going to serengeti & ngorongoro, if so then you would be hiring a 4*4 from a safari company. You just need to tell them that you would also be... More
