We stayed a total of 3 nights at Bristol cottages. The central location makes it very easy to go to the local supermarkets, and to find nice places to dine or have an afternoon coffee. While the rooms are quite basic, all works: electricity, airconditioning, bathroom stuff, warm water, flat TV. So to local standards this certainly is a 3... More

We stayed here before and after our Kilimanjaro trek. We stayed in one of the cottages. It had a big bed and a TV on the wall. The bathroom is not large and the shower floods the floor, but nothing major. The cafe offers good food. The pizza and chicken curry were very good. There is a good size grocery... More

Nothing special about this hotel, but it is in a good location in Moshi, and has a good restaurant. Friendly staff. The gardens are attractive, and the rooms are average both from cleanliness and comfort standpoints.

This accommodation was provided as part of the Kilimanjaro trek. We had one night before and one night after. I don't know what's the standard like in Moshi but this place was quite disappointing, even more so after 7 days on Kilimanjaro. Here's why: - room is super basic, which is fine but have that expectation - it's decent size... More

We used Bristol Cottages as a base for our Kilimanjaro trek. For a time before we stayed in one of the smaller rooms (number 12 if i recollect) which was basic but did the job. On returning from our hike we stayed in "Kibo", which was a much nicer room with sofas, wall mounted tv and good shower and bath.... More

Stayed here before and after climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. I was very happy with the accomodations. The rooms were very clean, nicely appointed and in good condition. The rooms have A/C, nice wall-mounted flat screen televisions, and spacious bathrooms with good water pressure. The food at the restaurant was mostly excellent - the grilled meats, masala chips and chicken curry were... More

Would recommend... Clean, tidy, friendly and well located for exploring Moshi before or after a Kilimanjaro adventure. The vegetable curry is particularly good...! On the downside, life kicks off early in Moshi so take some ear plugs if you are not an early riser.

A wonderful quiet oasis in the middle of Moshi , a bustling little town on the flank of Mt. Kilimanjaro. The rooms are very clean and neat , simple and comfortable. The surrounding gardens are lush and beautiful , and there is a covered outdoor restaurant open all the time except late night. We had great breakfasts there as well... More

A safe, comfortable and convinient hotel. Free wifi. The cottages are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and attentive.Breakfast is a bit limited as there is not so much to choose from. Prices are also okay. One of the better places to stay in Moshi.I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable large rooms with good beds, a restaurant with good but basic food and friendly staff; this hotel provides everything you need as a base in Moshi. It is very secure and the garden in the centre, with flowering bushes and lots of birds, really feels like an oasis in the middle of the busy and dusty town. Wifi in... More
