Had a great time here, view is amazing, exceptional staff and service. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the nights stay and was great, so many options and great value for money. Would definitely go back.

The best part of staying here is the view you get from this hotel's balcony. The hotel is pocket - friendly as well. Please do go for nightwalk or early morning walk if you are staying here, it's quite amazing.

We chose to stay over at this Hotel, as we had a good experience years ago, but to our shock, the only good thing left about this Hotel is the view from the balcony. The room we stayed in is outdated and clearly no renovation are done, as our bathroom had lots of crack tiles and other faults. The information... More

We had been 22nd to 25th June 2016. We are at room No. 501. the View from the room is excellent. The furniture and interior of the hotel is good. The Hotel management to think for over all renovation of the property. The first thing, locking system - the key of the rooms are very small and lock jam, so... More

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very neat and had all that one required. The location makes it a perfect getaway for a weekend or a long weekend, yet it is also great for longer holidays as there is much to enjoy in the surrounding areas. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation... More

The staff of the Hotel is very rude, especially a lady called Teesa has a nostalgic attitude. Beware if you order eggs to her instead of serving she can throw on your head. Very dirty toilets, smelly room

Mossel Bay is one of the most scenic and beautiful places in South Africa. A must visit for those holidaying in South Africa. Hotel Point where my family and myself stayed was ideally located besides the sea. Lovely weather cause of its proximity to the sea. One can sight dolphins in the sea, which is a visual treat. Can spend... More

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Its facing the sea. The st. Blaze trail starts right next door. Ask for a sea facing room. They are awesome. The room was spacious. However the downside is that the hotel itself is old. Our toilet flush did not work on the first day. The fan remote did not work... More

This Hotel must have the best ocean view in South Africa but unfortunately the hotel is in need of a proper upgrade. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are really comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The carpets unfortunately has a musty smell and the lace curtains in our room full of mould. A little investment will... More
