What a beautiful place! My husband is disabled and the room made provision for this. We had an outside door near the car, the shower has a seat inside and air-con. The room itself is beautiful and the antique furniture interested me. Our breakfast table had these tiny silver salt and pepper pots and silver butter dish. The cloth serviettes...

Room 8 is small and overburdened with cushions, throws and other stuff which clogs the room. Virtually no storage space at all for cases. Small wardrobe had only two plastic hangers. Hot tap in bathroom didn't run warm. Shower made a noise in pipe work. Early morning traffic makes a noise on road outside at 6.30. Good overall but a...

The guesthouse offers a level of detail rarely experienced. From a warm and efficient phone call mid afternoon as we travelled to find out what time we would arrive, through a welcome cocktail and accurate advice on where to dine. Roberta, welcoming and showing us around, as well as the owners, demonstrated the same level of heartfelt hospitality. We were...

We had the most comfortable stay at Aa'Qtansisi. The bed gave us a great night's sleep and the mosquito net was very welcome on a warm night when we wanted to leave the windows open. We had been recommended a restaurant for dinner, but it was booked out, so the woman that greeted us made us a booking at Polka,...

Such a lovely guesthouse, elegantly decorated with an late 19th century / early 20 th century antique style. Very clean and neat and good value for money. The hospitality of the owner and staff makes one feel right at home as the owner goes the extra mile in making you feel at home and comfortable. Definitely worth staying at! Thank...

Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night at Aa' Qtansisi Guesthouse as a stop over before driving to Plettenberg Bay the next day. I would recommend to stay at least 2 nights in this wonderful Bed & Breakfast. Owner and staff alike are friendly and try to help where ever they can. Each room is individual decorated and you can see...

We have been going to this beautiful town on a regular basis and always stay at this guesthouse...why? To us service has even become better - what they do not have they will do their best to provide. Such a great atmosphere and stay - rooms are always clean and cosy. The staff are very friendly. To us it is...

Location excellent with all museums and restaurants in close walking distance. Comfortable rooms, lovely historic feel to the house, excellent breakfasts, complimentary car wash to wash away the dust of adventuring around the area. Friendly and helpful staff. The communal indoors and out are great too. Safe, off road parking and added bonus.

What an amazing place Pierre and his wife have created here. Every room is themed and furnished with lots of love and attention to detail. Little twigs of lavender are attached to all sort of things, giving it a feel of luxury. A relaxing place brought to life by Pierre's passion. Very recommended.
