First things first, the location is remarkable. I love the view at the pool side bar. Their staff are very friendly not forgetting quality services. Loved their food. Will definitely go back there 👍 😀 😊

I am deeply disappointed with the level of services that I saw at this organization. It's a shame watching where I used to enjoy visiting turning into a messy place. I checked in my room, how do you give out those low quality bottled water that anyone can buy from the streets? This is Acacia Premier Hotel, a four-star hotel not a kibanda in the streets. Paid for a Bay Suite only to receive those low quality water. Was sent to organize a meeting for my team, traveled in advance to check the area. It was a mess, I didn't expect that from the place, having been there a couple of times but this round it was disappointing. Ordered for a drink from this trainee, it took a whooping 45 minutes to be brought to my table. I personally can't blame that individual considering she just training, hence I headed to the bar and upon reaching that place I only find trainees manning the area. Can't you employ staffs? It was almost 6pm the trainees seemed tired, for how long should they train? When they were left to man the area did they have the necessary skills to manage the area? Is the organization ran by trainees it was so disappointing. Had my drink and went to my corner, finished it and headed to my room. As I was leaving I was greeted by this guy whom I later found out was the GM, apparently they had actually sat a couple of seats away from me with his friends, shouting and laughing all loud. How does one run a business by sitting and laughing out loud while trainings are left all alone to serve the guests???????? On this particular I decided to check the conference halls, Early in the morning met a nice guard and he let me check the halls. Very dirty and apparently they were set for a meeting. With torn sit covers? Later on I decided to sit down for my lunch, noted people were taking buffet meals, joined the queue and that was worst meal one could ever had. The Chef noted me being uneasy and he asked me to take a platter meal on his complementary, honestly business can't work like that. I assumed he did that because probably I was white and Indian but then the question lingered in my mind was why didn't he do that to the other guests who were also complaining in Kiswahili, literally I could hear them. Not being able to take it anymore, I walked away and checked out immediately. Found the manager spread out on the coach by the lift watching videos on full volumes didn't even bother to talk to him, got more pissed and left. With this kind of style of running business it's downfall, we have better hotels upcoming now. Poor management can say. Poor services. Acacia Premier Hotel is just getting messed up.

Why is it that as soon as you arrive in a town, all that friendly, Kenyan hospitality disappears? This is a typical, run-down city hotel made worse by the rude, inattentive staff. The rooms are fine but the rest of it is very poor.
