Shout outs to Richard Andii, the Manager at Wadoma Royale Hotel! This guy is great! He is warm, friendly and cares about the clients. Anyone in Abuakwa, Kumasi should pass through Wadoma and experience his warmth and great sense of professionalism.

A three star hotel about an hour's drive from the center of Kumasi; The room was adequate, and cleaned every day. Unfortunately, the room and bathroom were very dimly lit (as were the reception area and restaurant) and the charming reason, I was told, was the type of bulbs used. Electricity kept going off, generator wasn't working. There is free... More

My name is Peter, I booked through EXPEDIA on my trip to Ghana. I'm very picky and choosy re my choice.being my first time in Kumasi, I did not know what to expect. I was met on arrival at Kumasi airport by hotel rep. He blew my mind with his courtesy and warmth. The drive to the hotel was smooth... More

As someone who travels regularly I've had the opportunity to stay in some of the best hotels Europe has to offer so coming to Wadoma Royale Hotel it had a lot to live up to. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality. The receptionist although very professional was also accommodating and friendly. I was given a... More

I had to stay in the hotel for about nine days. The hotel was chosen for me. The location of the hotel was nice and clean. No restaurants in the surroundings, only the own restaurant. An "a la carte'' restaurant with very limited choice. (sometimes only one). A good procedure was to order my wishes for my diner the next... More

this is an ordinary hotel , location far away from Adum (heart of Kumasi) and pretty run down rooms with absolutely no maintenance ! Staying here is a must if you are in this city during Ghana (black stars) football match time, as that time all hotels are full and this one is the last option !

My friends were forced to stay in Kumasi for a night after our car broke down, we chose Wadoma because it's website advertised that they had air-conditioning and a swimming pool. My experience would be considered so-so. I thought the prices were kind of expensive considering the accommodations. The receptionists (people at the front desk) weren't very friendly, and one... I stayed here for 4 nights. The staff who work at the hotel were friendly, but it was not possible to get an early breakfast at 06:00, most on the food in the menu at night they did not have. There was no dessert at all. They promised to provide it with the meal the following day, but nothing. The... More

[I should mention first that I have lived in Africa more than 20 years, and have spent quite a lot of time in Ghana. I love the country, and particularly like Kumasi] I was picked up at the airport (and on time) by a ramshackle vehicle with a stuck front door, made some rounds and then headed off in Sunday...
