My boyfriend and I traveled to Botswana this past July and we spent a few nights at Discovery. Everything was perfect. From the decoration and design in the room to the beautiful outdoor layout with stone paths-it was absolutely lovely! Rene, the owner was personably and easy to talk to as well! He was extremely welcoming and informative in terms... More

At the beginning and in between a vacation in Botswana we stayed in discovery B and B in Maun. Excellent place before heading into the Delta. Very friendly beautiful place. Good to have a stopover and relax . Liked it a lot. Stayed there with a family of 4, boys age 15 and 17.

We stayed in this lovely b&b for only one night, could have stayed longer. The rooms are beautifully set out in lovely rondavels, with toilet and a hot outside shower. The gardens were beautifully maintained and at night there was a fireplace to sit around. Rene was very helpful with advice of where to go and travel to. Would highly... More

Well situated in Maun, René and Marije are great hosts. The huts are in African style and the outdoor shower is great. We enjoyed being here, we only had 1 night in here, but recommend everybody to be here at least two nights. Unfortunately we had no time to fly over the okavango delta.

Designed as an “African” experience and quite rustic and rural. About 20 minutes out of Maun – in a very quiet setting. There were 9 rondavels with thatched roofs arranged round a central area – all on sand. Our rondavel was number 7 – basic but very nice - en suite toilet and shower; double bed with mosquito nets; limited... More

We stayed here as a last minuite addition to our trip. It is a cute little family run place and very reasonable. A nice breakfast is included freshly cooked. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. We had a little ourside terrace to sit and watch the cat, chickens and birds. You can... More

We were booked into Discovery Bed and Breakfast by our agent and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Situated on the outskirts of town about 15 minutes from the airport, it was perfect for us to unwind after more than 24 hours of travel from Brisbane. The owners Marie and Renee are very hospitable and will go out of... More
