Stayed here whilst on an Intrepid tour. The grounds are lovely. The ablutions were adequete. The pool is lovely and the nicest one I experienced. There are loungers around the pool. The bar staff are friendly and attentive and the bar food was yummy too. Recommended. Free Wifi around the bar too.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. Your comments on our grounds, pool, Wi-Fi and staff are greatly appreciated. We provide a basic ablution block with hot water and flush toilets which helps keep the camping fees to a minimum.

Nice camping site with great facilities. Pool was great and free WiFi. Food was OK but a bit slow. Nice feel to the place and the staff were friendly and welcoming, a nice change in Africa! The owner seems to do a great deal of community work in the town. When we were there he was giving a party for...

We thank you for your comments about our camp site and the facilities in and around the hotel. For some years now we have organized 'play days' for a local orphanage. They ask us to provide lunch for up to 30 children. In addition to this we allow organized access to the swimming pool and kiddies playground. It was a...

So far we really enjoyed our stay at Sedia Hotel. The staff is well trained and very helpful. We were looking forward to spend the day at the pool, what was impossible..A school class took over the pool lounger, the teachers went into the pool in there underwear.., like they would do it in the river.. We are paying guest...

Thanks for your review and comments. You stated that you were unable to use the pool. On that particular day we hosted a lunch for underprivileged children from one of the local orphanages. Part of their itinerary is to use the swimming pool and playground. As these children cannot swim we have to ensure that they use the shallow end....

This actually isn't a bad little hotel and the owner, Janet, is eager to help. The room I was in was comfortable with aircon, and little terrace and great hot water supply. Unlike my next door neighbour, I didn't have a fridge. Why this discrepancy? The reception staff seem to have an "I really can't be bothered" or "that's outside...

We stayed here for one night and had a good time. The room was very nice and spacious, with a good bed, good airco and large bathroom. There was also a balcony with a view of the lovely garden. The pool is nice, but the water was not so clean. We walked up to the river and enjoyed the sunset there....

Even the Shebeen, 150 metres away is friendly, went there thtree times, struggled to get back as the locals were so...

This hotel was ideally situated as a stop off on arrival in Botswana, as we flew in to Maun. We stayed here the first (and last) night of our holiday before heading off into the Okavango Delta. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool, which was a...

The reception and welcome by the staf, their friendliness and help outshines some of the shortcomings at this hotel. The rooms are clean with good facilities and the airconditioning in the rooms are very welcome after the hot temperatures outside. The bar facilities is good with a large selection of drinks as well as some good whiskies. The menu has...

Thank you very much for your comments. We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and apologize for the slow service at lunch time. The kitchen staff complement has recently been increased to rectify this problem. Our buffet meals are very popular and the management appreciate your constructive review.
