Way overpriced hotel! The view is great, but there was no wifi, the tap water was almost warm, we have been charged an extra 560 pesos without any explanation. The wine they are selling is not from their vines. We were supposed to be offered a large range of activites...nothing else than explore the beautiful landscapes around. The breakfast was...

Two nights at La Casa de la Bodega lovely time, peaceful, good food for dinner and great room. I would go again. Great walking nearby and a visit to Cafayate recommended. Easy to get there and very nice to be away from the tourist trail.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and we're the only guests staying here, but this didn't seem to affect the service and hospitality. We had a lovely room, overlooking the vineyards with a view on the goat pen (kid being a menu speciality! ). Greeted with a welcome glass of wine, we tried several of the estate wines which, being...

Situated some 18km outside Cafayate - so car is essential. Fairly new hotel attached to a (quiet) winery. Our room (called Merlot) on the first floor had a view from the corridor (through glass) of the modern, clean stainless steel grape fermenting vessels, We were treated to a free wine tasting one one evening and on the next evening to...

This small, ecological winery is located 18 km on the road from Cafayate to Salta. Follow the km indications, turn left on a gravel road and drive for about 3 km and you are in the countryside. There is NO sign from the main road. We had to ask a truck driver to find it. Very quiet and nice, rustic...

We just returned from a 2 night stay in Cafayate at La Casa de la Bodega. If you can't relax here, you have a problem! The property was beautiful, like a country home. Our room was huge and very tastefully decorated in a rustic, modern motif. I believe there are properties near Cafayate that are more posh/refined/upscale (and expensive), but...

First of all, I want to say that the hotel location is absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is comfortable - it's clean, comfortable, with a nice pool. The restaurant food is decent as well. I am very disappointed with the service though...I felt like they tried but were never successful. I booked this hotel because the website said that a...

What a nice place to stay at...in the middle of the vineyards. Warning though since it is hard to find, as the hotel lacks signalization from the main road! We arrived at night and passed the dirt road that take you there (3kms in) at least twice...it is a few kilometers away from Cafayate, but it is so worth it!...

Unforgettable experience! If you're looking for peace and quiet with magnificent surroundings, this is the place. Warm hospitality, comfortable spacious rooms with lovely view. Excellent dishes and wine at reasonable prices. Massage bath tub. Good heating in winter. Only 3km from Cafayate. You can visit the winery, too.

Okay, sometimes it is really difficult to do a rating. This property is one of those. We love the location and the views from nearly all the rooms is spectacular. The rooms itself are super spacious and have a great warm feeling about it. The surroundings are superb for a nice walk and the winery gives it a special touch....
