This is an excellent property located in a private country club, just 2km from downtown. The area among the vineyards surrounded by nature is a perfect setting. Vila-rooms are magnificent: good dimensions, excellent bedding, amazing bathroom (superb shower, bathtub area). Views are aweinspiring just in front of the vineyards. Room service was a great deal for having a snak in the afternoon (convinient prices and great food options). Breakfast was a little weak in terms of variety and also quality (on the down side). Comparably afternoon tea was superior. Restaurant menu was good for dinner, but didn't impress. Personnel was excellent, always willing to help, really attentive and friendly.
My husband and I loved our stay at Grace Cafayate. The hotel feels secluded from the town, rooms are giant, and the atmosphere is so relaxing! It has pretty views to sit back and watch the sunset change the color of the mountains from your private patio. We booked the BBQ under the stars and horse back riding experience. I highly recommend both!
We had two days with nothing planned. Nice view from the room, the terrace and at the pool. The golf course at the property is in good condition and the views here are really amazing! Expect paying 4x the price for some balls so bring your own ;) The restaurant at the golf clubhouse has a special BBQ menu on Sundays (a must)!! Only negative was that the spa facilities had to be reserved in advance & weren't really up to par. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating! The staff is very helpful & friendly!
We enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful hotel in the middle of nature. The right place to relax. Especially nice: the possibility of playing golf and walking in the vineyards. Enjoy a bottle of white wine by the pool or get a massage. We recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to relax. Thank you for the wonderful days.
The best hotel experience in Argentina. Professional, kind, helpful staff who are always there to help you with anything you need. Beautiful views, nice pool, quite and peaceful, good breakfast. They gave me an upgrade to a villa after the first night, which was very comfortable and spacious. I ended up staying a few extra days because it was so pleasant to be here. Thank you all for the amazing stay.
We were having high expectations for this visit and it all started very professional with the welcome in the reception. We arrived before official check in time but were told they would try to make the room ready as soon as possible. We went to the restaurant for lunch - we where served a pasta dish, which was not well cooked. When finishing the lunch, we were told the room to be ready in 5 minutes, which was not the case. A nice offer to use the spa facilities to change the clothes ended up being a good solution as the aces to the room ended up being later than expected. The first night there was no morning-rope, those came night number 2. There was no sitting chair in the room - looks like they were removed without being replaced. The bathroom was very big and very nice. The surroundings with the olive trees and wine plants was very beautiful but we expected more from a 5 star hotel, but they might not have one of the guest days when we arrived…
I stayed here for a night as part of a 5 night trip around NW Argentina before heading across the border to Atacama in Chile. The hotel is modern and forms part of a gated community with a golf course. Very comfortable room and the view of the mountains from the bedroom and bathroom was amazing. However, once inside the room with the curtains drawn, you could have been anywhere unlike the colonial style places I stayed in for the rest of the trip. Very friendly and efficient service and I had an enjoyable dinner at the restaurant.
Grace Cafayate was by far our best hotel experience on our trip to Salta and Jujuy. Nested within vines as far as the eye can see, the modern, tastefully decorated resort, is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. Touches of quality everywhere. The facilities are impeccable, the staff is friendly and professional in every detail, the restaurant is excellent (breakfast buffet and dinner) and the location is very convenient near downtown. The “rooms” are actually 2 floor villas, with more than ample space for a couple, including a fully set kitchen and a living room spacious enough to host a dinner or a small party with friends. Comfortable beds, spacious showers, with all necessary facilities in great working condition. We received a complimentary bottle if a local red wine, which we truly enjoyed at one of our restaurant dinners. We did not have time to enjoy the spa or the pool but they seemed to be of first class. In many parts of the world this kind of resort experience would cost 4-5X the price. Great value and most definitely a place to return and enjoy for a few days.…
We stayed in this place for two beautiful nights. The hotel rooms are either in the main building or in separate villas with jacuzzi and a small patio. Everything is maintained to the detail and the services for any issue competent and fast. The breakfast is very well served and the dinner was nice, as well. Francisco and his team do an excellent job in serving guests excellent quality food and drinks. We highly recommend this place as a getaway and an interruption to intense road trips around the area of Salta, Cachi and El Cafayate.
I stayed at Grace Cafayate for 8 nights in Honey Moon. I can tell for sure it was one of best experiences we've ever had by far. The view, the room, breakfast, service, attendants, restaurant, pool, everything was perfect. We certainly lived a dream there and for sure we'll be back any time soon. No words to describe the warm reception we had from Rocio. Everybody in this hotel was kind and made us feel super comfortable. It needs much more than words to describe how happy we were and how perfect was to stay there. Thank you all for this experience, wonderful.
