Our rooms were comfortable, and after three previous visits, they had created a game room where we could play Uno and Scrabble. It was as if they designed just for us! I’m presently building a slideshow of our trip, which I do every stay, but this time, I’m going to encourage everyone who views it make a trip to Hardy and stay at the Hardy Spring River Lodge. What a great experience. All of the folks who work at the lodge are friendly and more than helpful. We had a health emergency and they were so understanding and didn't charge us for the days we couldn't stay. Can't wait to stay there again.

We stayed in room 208. We were pleased to find a clean room. We didn't wake with back aches. The shower is decent. I wasn't afraid to walk in my socks on the carpet. Surfaces were clean. The building was quiet on the night we stayed. The A/C needs attention. It blew cold air but humid. Also a bit of paint touch up from furniture rubs. Overall great stay.

The hotel is ok. Mattresses are too soft, rooms are a little worn. Indoor heated pool is nice. Overall, acceptable for the price point. Only big deal, and it cost them a star on the review is the $250 damage and incidentals deposit/hold they put on your credit card. I travel a lot, and that's excessive for a hotel.

Rooms smelled like smoke The bed mattress was broke down and you couldn’t turn over They charge $250 deposit and then make up reasons to keep your hard earned money…I felt robbed by the Manager with no recourse to get my money back I later found out the reason the front of the building was boarded up was because a tweaker pulled a knife on the person at the front desk then drove his car through the front of the building…I guess he felt he had no recourse either!

clean room real good look at mountains from windows staff was willing to do what I ask.also it is a good spot to stay when I go to my property in cherokee village Arkansas .my fun was also having to see mammoth spring it is great.

After so many positive reviews about how clean this motel is, I was disappointed. Our family had two adjoining rooms; both rooms had hairs in the tub and in one of the beds. Other than that it was a good stay. The motel was comfortable and quiet. The pool was clean, it ranges from 3'-5' deep and kept the kids happy.They had some pool toys although we always bring our own too. Breakfast was adequate. Check in was quick. Every interaction with staff we had was a positive one, all the employees were friendly and attentive. The location is good; easy on/off the highway and near several restaurants.

Nothing fancy. Staff were friendly, check in was fast and room was ready at 12:30pm.. The room (104) was super clean and well stocked with the necessity.. The indoor pool was nice and clean. The Hotel sits on a hill within walking distance to downtown Hardy shops, grocery store and restaurants. I was very pleased and will definitely stay here again.

This place is not fancy at all, but it’s clean, affordable, and very close to all the fun things to do and see in the area. You can walk to the shops in Hardy, and it’s a very short drive to the Spring River. The water pressure was great, and we were able to take long, hot showers after spending the day on the river. The linens were somewhat threadbare, but very, very clean. Towels are small and not super soft, but again - very, very clean. Room had a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker. There was a very large ice maker right off the lobby, and it was easy to fill coolers. Also - breakfast includes pancakes that only take about a minute to make. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay here again. Keep in mind that this is a place for people who just want somewhere clean to sleep and shower. It is not a place to hang out in your room with lots of amenities. If you need those things, you probably need to rent a vacation home for a few days or stay in another town and drive to Hardy. My understanding is that this is the best place to stay.…

This was the best affordable room I could find in Hardy. It turned out great. Nothing was fancy but the room was clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was pretty decent. Slim, but better than leaving on an empty stomach.
