Slightly above average, ok wifi connection in common areas, room decent size and food fairly good. Location near town. Well tended garden. Can't fault it, although not as memorable in character as some other places in Madagascar.

Poor management is very apparent at this hotel. Staff all appear downhearted, I'll at ease and sad. We did not have enough mosquito nets and a request for another was met without a response other than a grunt. I did not have a pillow, instead had to make do with a cushion. Breakfast was good but marred by the general...

Rooms are spacious and modern andrecently upgraded. Good showers and air-con. Food, restaurant and service all good. Mozzy nets are interesting, Very convenient for access to the National Park and a few minutes’ walk to centre of the village

Very Basic place in Ranomanfana. Try the NEW Rooms on the top. They are OK but strangely equipped. The service and food is very basic but they try their best. Not much else here too choose from. They close the reception early and the bar already at 9 PM

Renovated in 2012 and has large clean rooms with good showers and reasonable air-con and fan. The mosquito net is at the head of the bed ticked behind the head-board, not obvious but it is there and is useful. Good service with the restaurant, would do early breakfast which is essential if you are doing the park wildlife.

Really well located in Ranomafana park, it's very close the main entrance in the attractions. It's really clean(hard to do it when you are in the middle of a rainforest...) but in most things the rooms are basic, and also the food. You can't have it all, so if you want to be in Ranomafana, it's great.

My friend and I were initially given a room tucked away in the corner of the hotel but asked to be moved due to the lack of mosquito nets and only a plug in repellent being offered; this caused a slight problem as there was only one plug in the whole room. One of the managers came to talk to...

Room was pretty ok, staff has still a lot to learn. Half of card in restaurant was not available so we went to the other hotels restaurant for two days. Wifi is okish but can be slow when people are using it. Hotel has best view tho.

The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious with nets for mosquitos. The downside was that you could not open the windows for fresh air without letting mosquitoes and other insects in as there were no screens, as a result it felt quite stuff inside. The gardens were very well maintained and Centrest is located close to the...

Centrest lies along the main road past Ranomafana NP, and is located 6km after the park’s main entrance. The lodge is a good base to explore the park, offering all necessary comfort. Rooms are spacious and quite new (I believe). The bathroom is clean and functional – showers are ‘open’ in a corner of the bathroom – no curtain or...
