Hotel is ideally located in the heart of the capital city. It is near all main shopping areas. Taxis are readily available at the Hotel but much more expensive than the regular taxis. It is advisable though to use the hotel taxis as these are much safer. Service is excellent and the staff competent in their English. Accommodation is great...

Hotel has very good installations such as Gym, Massage room, and also very good restaurant. Employees very well trained and it is very easy to note that they are following procedures to well serve all customers. Swimming pool is ok, but not to if you are use to train. Suite Spa is great and with a lot of space.

I adore JW Marriott Hotels they are very pretty and the employees are so attentive, this has always been my experience. We had an issue with the hot water in our room, and they immediately sent over someone to look and work on it, and effectively it was fixed very quickly, but because of the hassle, they comped our breakfast...

I stayed at the JW Marriot in my most recent trip to Carcas from April 4 to April 7, t2016. The JW Marriot is the hotel I always chooce, when available in my trips to Caracas. This time I experienced some minor, but important, maintenace / safety issues. There was an issue with the shower temperature control which was either...

Unique attention culture in Caracas. Staff service exceptional. The restaurant supervisor Yoel Moron's attention is the best, his staff will make you feel in an oasis in Caracas, while you are in business. The quality of the rooms are superb, and the room service is on top. Best Hotel in Caracas

I stayed at the hotel since I expected a luxury hotel. It turns out that the government has rationed electricity in the country, and this hotel has taken no provisions to ensure the comfort of its clients. Also, no warning on webpage of this situation!! It turns out that the hotel only has back-up power for the common areas. The...

Great location, service, food, rooms are very good, and is quite safe and well located compared to more complicated areas in the city of Caracas. Also close to the main business areas, which make a good place to business trips either

I stayed here in December 2015 and although the hotel was decent (considering the political fiasco the country is going through), I was charged extra after I left from my stay. I contacted Marriott multiple times about this and finally got a resolution almost 2 months later. Be careful when you get billed for your stay; mixups with accounting will...
