It a clean hotel, with nice rooms, however, the decoration is not that beautiful especially the lobby, You can easily go to Darvazeh Qoran from the hotel or Haftkhan restaurant as they are next to each other, The staff is really friendly and they always try to help travelers, their breakfast is as good as 5 stars hotel.
Our room was spacious and though the wi-fi was really poor, the other aspects of our stay were fine. It's not far from some shops and there are some excellent restaurants next door, particularly the traditional 'Haifa'.
The hotel has got nice rooms, staff si very friendly. The location is near many of the attractions. Breakfast room is on the 6th floor and gives a great veiw over the city of Shiraz. There is a nice breakfast but service in the breakfast room should be improved. Staff should set the tables and put cutlery and plates for the guests. just roud the corner there iare several restaurants.
This was a good option in Shiraz on the hill overlooking the city. Its close to downtown, an easy walk directly into the sites. One thing that appealed to us was the proximity to Hafez's Tomb and some quite parks where the locals spend time. One of Shiraz's best food hangout is next store with many eating options and good coffee. The only downsize is the internet.....needs an urgent upgrade....not up to scratch. Good staff and a good location.
We stayed at Royal Hotel from October 10th to 14th. The hotel is very close various site seeing locations. The staff were very friendly except for one instance at the end of trip, when the reservation manager made a fuss about us checking out one hour later. One of the reception desk employees had approved of us checking out a little later. Obviously he had not cleared this with his manager, a not very friendly lady. The breakfast was acceptable, but not exceptional. The room was spacious enough and comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay other than the last minute incident with the reservation manager.
