I booked a room for 1 but I paid for two as they said they are full and they can’t offer lower price . Anyhow since i checked in at 4 pm till 10:30 there was no hot water in the room to take shower . Bathroom was broken , old , rusted and im miserable condition Wifi wasn’t working at all in my room . The only way to access internet was lobby ! Reception staff were so irresponsible and careless because the hotel was full in the middle of summer and they really didn’t care about anything. If you want to have minimum facility and respect, book here ! Otherwise don’t waste your money and time because it doesn’t worth spending in this place with no basic standards.
We spent 3 nights in this “supposed” 4 stars hotel. Friendly staff, not really trustworthy. We were at 4th floor, Wi-Fi was ok in the lobby, not working in our room. When I say not working I don’t mean I could not watch YouTube and Netflix, I couldn’t place WhatsApp phone calls and messages were sent intermittently. When I said that to the receptionist, after the presumed death of one of their engineers, she replied that I was just dealing with the perks of Iran. I would add, a bit too costly then! The room was clean, small. Shower leaked outside leaving the bathroom flooded. When I told that to the receptionists they told me the first night that someone was coming “right now” to fix it, I waited something like 45 minutes but no one showed up. I finally fell asleep and the next morning, after reminding them the issue, they told me they forgot to notify that the workers could not come. To make that up, they told me again that someone was coming “right now”. I went into my room, waited again for 1 h, and hopeless left the hotel. Once I came back in the afternoon I asked for it again and finally two workers came to fix the problem. Unfortunately putting a lot of silicon on the showers borders could not fix something that originated below the shower. So the problem remained unsolved. A lot of wasted time, no resolution. I didn’t think that it was worthy to keep complaining. Last but not least, one day we came back and we had mo running water! It lacked for an hour! To sum up, if you call yourself a 4 star hotel because you have a nice lobby, a nice hall for breakfast, a security guard, maybe you should revisit the definition by making sure that the basic services are covered. I read about a review of poor Wi-Fi of 2019 and apparently it has not changed at all. To me, money wasted. Besides, instead of replying to customers how malpractice can be viewed as “the perks of Iran” you should try to offer some sort of Compensation. I payed real money for a service, and I didn’t receive the same value. Not recommended.…
We started Shiraz by stay in Areyo barzan hotel they welcomed us warmly and let feeling like our home and help us to know about historical sites in Shiraz I never forget their kind behavior towards us .. thanks for your hospitality
The worst hotel I've ecer met in whole my life. I have travelled more then 30 countries and I've never seen such service. The shower didn't work normally, but what was the worst, I've used the towel they gived to dry ny colored hair, and of course it was some colour on the towel. I wash my own towels every time after being colored and It's cleaning easily, but they were lazy to clean the towel and took for that 5,000,000 IRR. Btw, I've been there 3 days and never ate the breakfast, because they were nothing to eat. And it was too hot in the rooms and even if you let open the windows, you can't have normal temperature.
Truly one of the greatest hotels in shiraz with a good staff and management. There is a fantastic buffet for breakfast which serves variety of foods. If you want to be near the Zandiyeh Complex you can stay here and have a wonderful time.
Aryo Barzan kicks all the goals You get the good bits like all the marble and doormen and lifts and piped music in the best part of town Rooms are large and spotless and everything worked A decent breakfast buffet set us up for our days on the hustings Price was embarrassingly cheap by Western standards. Basically the price of a breakfast alone back home You can get similar places throughout Iran. What you cannot get is the level of genuine service that every staff member supplied A real gem
It is a place. Short way to musium and bazar. The room was quaite and calm, also there were a lots of cafe nearby and the price was not too high. I had a diner in hotel that was good. the receptions were polite
Upon arrival, the hotel was full, accompanied by a friend of shiraz the manager put at our disposal a very spacious aparthotel with three bedrooms. This hotel is just a short distance from the main sights. The staff is very accueuillant, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very rich
First place I stayed in Iran. Remained the best of all the hotels I stayed in. Competitive price. Clean, spacious, friendly, safe, helpful, knowledgeable. Decent lobby. Stylish rooms (tho mattresses are hard). Restaurant for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is included. Good food and reasonable prices. Laundry service provided. Access to small but refreshing swimming pool in sibling hotel next door. Excellent travel desk in lobby - again, knowledgeable, patient, no request too small/big. Awesome tour guide (Reza) for Persepolis. Good location for town (10-15 min walk). Need I say more?
This hotel in Shiraz is perfectly located, near by the old centre of the city and offers a nice and alive neighbourhood. The room was spacious and very good. Excellent service, but average breakfast. It's clean and recommendable.
