Upon entering the hotel we agreed on a price for the room and on leaving we were forced to pay a higher price. They reteined our passports until we paid, we were called liars (and other insults), they threatened to call the police and the treatment was nothing right. They are not trustworthy people so I do not recommend this...

We stayed at this hotel for three days in April. The double bedroom was good sized, clean and bed comfortable. There is shower in the bathroom but no shower enclosure. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is good value for money.

Comfortable rooms, close to the main attractions. Very helpful lobby staff and excellent laundry service. Breakfast poor. Rooms are spacious and we even had a small kitchenette. Noisy air conditioner, but we nevertheless slept very well.

Stay here on my short trip in Shiraz, the room are clean and the food are good. Wifi are available both in lobby & room, connection are OK. This hotel is smoker friendly, you can open the window and smoking in the room🚬🚬🚬 Check special price when you do the reservation😉

Diner at the restaurant of the hotel is not recommended : menu is basic and service without class. Decoration of the restaurant is sad and you seem to eat in a railway station hall. Same problem for the morning breakfast which takes place in the same place.

Staff at the well-located city centre Hotel Eram place a particular emphasis on welcoming the arriving guest. The porter helps bring the luggage in from the car, the reception clerk makes the formal registration painless, the porter carries the luggage up to the the room which he checks before handing over the key. Our seventh floor room was comfortable and...

We stayed here for three nights and found the staff to be welcoming and helpful. They were able to offer good suggestions for meals and sight-seeing. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfasts offered a good range of food. The hotel is very well-placed to walk to many of the local attractions and restaurants. Remember that this is Iran...

This is supposed to be a three star hotel and they charge their prices accordingly. Well, it simply is like a guesthouse. If you are looking for basic accommodation and don't mind the price, then fine. If you are looking for value for you money, I'd advise you to look elsewhere. The staff are either overworked or too careless. i...
