#9 of 37 Specialty lodging in Shiraz
Niayesh Boutique Hotel is located in a historical and cultural region of Shiraz the city of literature, culture and civilization. The history of this property goes farther than 100 years ago when the literature Association of Shiraz was held there and the first publishing house imprinted the first newspaper in Shiraz. The traditional style of Iranian architecture and carpentry was respected while building this house, the quaint building to which no vehicle can reach from 150 m around it. For this reason, the atmosphere of non-pollution will be a great remedy for minds and takes us back to years ago. Another big plus is the special hushing courtyard of this house which is a discriminate collection of flowers, large trees and colored windows. The pool and fountain amidst it and the red fishes bring a mind-evoking memory of peace. Thanks to Niayesh boutique hotel's special architecture, the need to air-conditioning apparatuses is decreased. Being located among the cultural complex of museums, mosques, churches, synagogues, monasteries and ancient fire temples, Niayesh is inspiring as a new experience.

I enjoyed very much my stay at niayesh hotel in beautiful shiraz. The location in the historical part of town is perfect with shrines and bazars in a very walking distance. Been there in low season n could benefit of the attention of the hotel staff almost entirely for me. Especially enjoyed talking with Doctor Andalibi in the main courtyard of the hotel while having a saffron flavoured tea. His knowledge and his communication skills are a precious addition to the charme of this hotel.

I would expect that a nice looking hotel like Niyayesh Boutique should've had better management. On the first night me and my friends couldn't get any sleep as we could hear very loud talking and laughing outside the building. The hotel environment smelt like paint and it made me feel sick. Clearly the owner doesn't care if guests leave their hotel happy or disappointed, I think they only care about the money they get. We regret staying here and don't recommend to anyone because on the last day we went out and our driver that I later found out was named Reza who was very rude and drove very dangerously, was very angry and he was on the phone while driving which made me and my friends frightened and feel unsafe. I had heard from a few people that this hotel was good to stay at but I haven't seen any positive things myself.

Lovely stay at this boutique hotel. Rooms were comfortable & staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast spread was good. My 2 days in shiraz coincided with rainy & cloudy weather so was not able to see the kaleidoscope colours from the famous stained glass windows of the Nasir-o-Molk mosque. I would like to come back to visit someday & will most likely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel Niayesh was a really nice hotel with a good price, clean rooms and nice breakfast; but what made it really special for us was Manochehr (Dr. Andalibi) from the coffeehouse. He is such a sweet person, with his special tea infusions, friendly chat and delicious Turkish coffee :). I felt so much at home when he was around; especially when I was feeling a bit sick and he was preparing tea and taking care as if I was his niece :). Thank you so much again dear Manochehr and hope that we cross paths once more some other time!
