Detailed Reviews
Located in a historical neighborhood in Shiraz, this hotel offers more than hospitality services! The staff is polite but still surprisingly friendly and passionate about their job. I specifically enjoyed chatting with the people working in the cafe, so knowledgeable and kind. The "mother of all teas" as they call it is a must-drink (ask for some Persian date to be served with the tea!)
The reception people are also full of energy and more than willing to help, unlike my previous experience with other hotels' receptionists! My questions on navigation and sight-seeing were always answered in details.
The food is also highly recommended, specifically Dizi! I hope they expanded their menu to include Fesenjan which was my favorite.
The security of the hotel was also good and seemed like 24/7, something one should consider when choosing where to stay.
The hotel's architecture and room decorations would give me a sense of tradition dating possibly back to Qajar era.
Also the atmosphere is exceptionally calm, so appropriate for meditation, self-awareness purposes.

Stayed at Forough Hotel for a couple of nights and we loved everything about it. The place was really beautiful and perfectly renovated.
All the staffs were so kind and hospitable.
The rooms were clean and neats.
We’re traveling with our own car which we could park in front of the hotel,They have camera outside of the hotel making sure the safety and also security guard. The Location was great and we could walk to famous tourist sites like Vakil Bazaar , Pink mosque, karim khan citadel. Every evening i went to upstairs and enjoyed from my coffee and iranian tea.I really recommended this hotel.

Stayed there for a night, definitely will come back later to stay longer there.
Super friendly staff that feel you welcome and do everything they can for you to be comfortable. Clean room and common areas.
Stunning interior which makes you feel like you're living in an old Iranian movie.
There are a few points that need to be point out though:
1. Eventhough the location is in a historic and touristic neighbourhood and close to the majority of attractions, the building is located in at the end of an alley that might not be convenient for solo travelers and/or travelers with luggages.
2. The equipments and toiletries are not standard. The towels were really old (but clean), there was no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, etc.
3. Rooms and locks might not be adjusted to a lot of people's tastes. But the staff are really helpful and more than happy to send you pics of your room before booking so you know if the room is suitable for you or not.
4. The variety of breakfast options need some improvement. The quality is fine though.

Stay in December for 2 nights. Hotel itself is very pretty with traditional Iranian decoration with nice patio in the middle. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Shiraz yet easy access to most of the tourist destinations. There are many nice cafes around and I enjoyed walking around the hotel, exploring the area. Hotel staffs are friendly and kind as well. I will definitely come back if I have a chance to visit Shiraz again in the future.

The peace one finds in this lovely hotel set back in at the end of an alleyway is wonderful. As we found everywhere in Iran, the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy a good cup of espresso, latte or tea along with some wonderful sweets. Could have been rated "5" except for an extremely small and crowded room, and a shower lacking a curtain, so water everywhere!

We met a very nice and helping lady manager in this hotel. She helped us a lot in various places. All other guys at reception were nice and friendly. This hotel is very near to most touristic neighbourhood and attractions.
Breakfast was basic and traditional, but fresh and delicious. Free fast Wifi is available in all areas.

My time at Forough hotel was amazing. The room was perfectly clean, the breakfast was really good and the staff so helpful.
They helped me book a trip to Persepolis very quicky at a good price. Also, I couldn’t book flights nor train by myself because the websites were in farsi and they did it for me. That was so nice !
Thank you again.

Nice and calm place close enough to the center. Rooms are clean and air conditioning runs well. Wifi signal was weak in our room. Perfect for visiting persepolis and necropolis (ask for razieh mohammadi). Staff is very helpful and can arrange a trip to yazd easily (ask for mohammad afternoon staff)
