Beautiful location and views, room was spacious and well decorated with extremely comfy bed and great shower. Owners are friendly and so welcoming, we felt like part of their family and the breakfast was probably one of the best we've had! The afternoon tea and cake was also a lovely extra, - especially as it was taken outside in the... More

I can only echo other reviews for this bed and breakfast. What impresses me most when staying anywhere is how I am treated and to what lengths the proprietors are prepared to go to ensure that my stay is enjoyable and relaxing. Katie started that process, upon our arrival, by coming out to the car in heavy rain and a... More

Though I only stopped over for one night, I had an excellent stay at this bed and breakfast. Very comfortable accommodation and superbly hosted by Roger and Katie. Conveniently located a short walk away from the town

Our third visit to to Roger & Katie at Ardwyn House, a wonderful Belle Epoch house in the picturesque village of Llanywrtyd Wells. Once again we were welcomed like old friends, which we are beginning to feel that we are now. We had some sandwiches, lovingly prepared & served for our afternoon tea, they were delicious, as was Rogers absolutely... More

Ardwyn House is a lovingly restored Arts and Crafts gem. It' s just gorgeous! It's also comfortable with great attention to detail in every room - not forgetting soft white bedding and fluffy towels. But what really makes Ardwyn House so special is the lovely family who live there and include their paying guests into family life. Roger and Katie... More

We were greeted by Roger on arrival and were immediately made to feel very welcome. We were offered tea/coffee and homemade brownies (which were delicious) while we took in our surroundings. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and the bedroom was no exception. The breakfast was amazing - we were given so much choice and it was all delicious. We... More

My wife Jane and I visited after a long walk in the Black Mountains, we were greeted by Katie and immediately made to feel welcome and offered a tea/coffee and some delicious (anzac?) biscuits. Our room was immaculately clean and perfectly in keeping with the rest of the house with a beautiful roll top bath. After a meal in the... More
