Had a wonderful stay at Greylands. The landlady was very friendly and welcoming. Although the BnB is very basic, it still is very well maintained and has got a homely feel. The breakfast was nice too.

Easy to find; directly opposite railway station car park. Decor is dated (plastic flowers and unattractive ornaments) but it's clean and the breakfast was nice except for the excuse for no marmalade - with two supermarkets in town why not buy a jar while awaiting delivery?

Not sure why it's a guest house though. It's a B&B. Small rooms, but clean and nice. The rooms had bird names. The breakfast was good, too. We had to call because we came ten minutes past 10 p.m. and the lady wasn't too happy.

The lady that runs this little guest house couldn't have been any nicer. Made you feel welcome straight away and nothing was too much trouble. Great location and great breakfast! The house has a very homely feel to it. I'd definitely stop again :)

I've visited this guest house 3 or 4 times, so it can't be that bad as I keep coming back! Easy to find location, convenient for town centre and station. Rooms small and basic but you would expect as much for price. Can get cold in winter as heating takes time to warm up. Private bathroom is actually on a...

Picked this as I found the 'home feel' description inviting. I was not disappointed. Lovely welcome, and by the lovely sweet dog too. Rooms were clean and tidy. Me and my mother had a twin ensuite which was more than adequate. The beds were a little hard for my liking but that may just be me. I did find the...

We arrived to a warm welcome from the host after a rather wet and cold day working. We found the place to be: Friendly Clean Good breakfast Free WiFi The location as said was handy for getting into the town just a 5 min walk. The rooms are clean (maybe too clean as the bedding did have a strong smell...

We had an overnight stay in Llandrindod at Greylands. Nice place, easy to find, great hosts and lovely breakfast. When we were chatting with the owner at breakfast he suggested we drove the Elan Valley reservoirs and stopped off to see the Red Kites being fed. We did both and it was a fantastic day and a reminder what a...

Picked Greylands as it has secure motorcycle parking (in garage). We arrived to a friendly welcome and were shown to our rooms which were clean and comfortable. Chris the landlady told us of a good pub to use and where to eat. Breakfast was nice and tasty and set us up for our days ride. Recommended.

Was very pleased with my stay here. Chris and Tony were very nice and friendly. I was going to Builth Wells to show my dogs, it was not far away at all. With booking through late rooms, I had booked the biggest room which was the most expensive and my friend couldn't come, If i had booked direct they could...
