We stayed one night here. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and tidy if a bit dated but had the benefit of a wonderful sea view. We ate in town (15/20 minute walk)so cannot comment on the evening meal but breakfast was good and plentiful.

The Seaview Hotel is in a good location if you're visiting the area - it's right on the seafront with views of the lighthouse. The staff were incredibly friendly, and very helpful to accommodate to our needs. The room and building itself were in need of quite a bit of attention, it certainly felt like a budget hotel - you... We were late off the ferry but the reception staff knew about the late ferry so all was good and we were able to have a few hours kip before a journey back to the midlands. Breakfast was good and checkout a reasonable 11am. All in all it really fits the bill and serves its purpose well. The only downside... More

The staff at the Seaview were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is reasonably comfortable and was ideally situated by the ferry port for a stopover after arriving at half past midnight on the late ferry from Ireland. However, the room we had was very tired and in need of updating and refurbishment. The toilet and shower in what could... More

The overall experience was excellent, thanks essentially to a staff who show 100% commitment and for whom nothing is too much trouble. Made to feel very welcome. Very comfortable bed. Large breakfast, made to order, so everything was fresh. Just over the road from the sea. Rated excellent, based also on cost per night.

The staff at the Seaview are truly amazing, very friendly, very helpful and very efficient. The hotel is in a great location - the road is a little noisy but you couldn't be closer to the sea front. Our room was really small and in need of redecoration but the bed was comfortable (it took up most of the room)... More
