After checking out a few B&Bs along the beach, we found this was one of the cheapest and the best suited to our needs and availability. At a week's notice and for £75 we got Room 9. Top of the house, with a fantastic view of the sea. Also a nice quiet environment to get away from it all. The...

Great value B&B, perfectly situated with stunning views and lovely hosts. Breakfast is all you could want with a great choice of cooked breakfast, cereals and juice. This was our fifth visit and all being well we'll be back again next year.

After checking out all the other B&B's on the seafront we were really pleased we chose this one. We got an excellent family room at short notice for reasonable price of £75 a night for x2 adults and X1 child. Had a lovely breakfast, with loads of choice and really nice people running this b&b. Would defiantly return in the...

Lovely old building. Spacious room with adequate seating to sit and take in the beautiful view. Situated at the quieter end of the Promenade. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free wifi. Street parking. Beach view is a must.

A very nicely located b+b on the seafront of Barmouth's beautiful coastline, The owner was very friendly and welcoming, the room itself was very clean and quite spacious, bed was comfortable, decor very dated but fine for its purpose, the breakfast was really nice, overall a nice place to stay, my only gripe was the price of £60 for a...

Our prices are lower than a lot of places with poor ratings and May is not out of season. Our decor is plain clean and neutral as the property is 150 years old we do not feel that modern design would suit. All our rooms have some sort of sea view so would like to know which room you were...

Paul and Cheryl are welcoming hosts. They serve a full English breakfast (you have a choice of bacon, sausage, eggs, beans, tomato, mushroom. - or all of them, toast, cereals, jam, marmalade, yoghurt, fruit, juice, tea, coffee) and all is very tasty! Seating in a comfortable dining room setting. This was our second long week end stay and both times...

We were travelling around Wales and picked the Seashell B&B as it was on the seafront at Barmouth. Paul made us very welcome and gave us a beautiful seafront room. We had only intended to stay for one night, but after staying in this lovely room we stayed a second night. The breakfast was great with a good choice. We...
