Such a beautiful place. The dome was perfect for us and our dog. Stunning views, close to nearby beaches like penbryn and llangrannog. Hampers that we ordered online were fab and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to book our next little break. The only thing that topped the dome was the fact that we got engaged...

Visited during half term with children aged 10 and 12 and dog, stayed in a crog loft. Completely loved it, the whole site has been lovingly put together. It is all the simple but wonderful detail that makes it such a special place to stay. Sian took us on a great guided walk on the Tuesday morning which enabled all...

Attended family wedding over the weekend. We had an excellent time in spite of the rain as we could cluster around the cosy fire pits or in the bar. The food including pizza, afternoon tea, hog roast and breakfast were all excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Recently returned from my brothers wedding at Fforest. What an amazing venue in an idyllic setting. We stayed in one of the domes which were absolutely brilliant and had all you needed. Communal bathrooms spotlessly clean and vanity room a god-send for pre wedding glamour! The wedding, from start to finish, was perfect and staff worked hard to give us...

We stayed at Fforest Camp for some friends' wedding in July. There is a really good range of accommodation available to suit all tastes - from bell tents to a house. There is a lot to explore, and great places for socialising as well as quiet spots to enjoy with no-one around. The food was really good, and the on-site...

Food was fantastic the crog lofts were very comfortable where our family stayed had heating and bathroom and our dome was a private setting, no bathroom and wood heating. Beautiful drive there located 15 minutes away from the beach. We were lucky enough to have hot and sunny weather and had a fantastic time. If you are not so lucky...

Stayed here for family wedding. The park was closed to the wedding guests and we all booked into different types of accommodation: tents, lodge cabins etc. Unfortunately the weather was unkind to us but the staff were brilliant and accommodated everyone's needs! The only downside was that by the third day, our clothes and accommodation were smelling of the smoke...

Just returned from a lovely wedding at Fforest. Beautiful location in a nature reserve. Site spread over several fields and broken up by wooded areas. A feeling of space and plenty of room between tents. Wide range of accommodation. We stayed in a newly renovated Kata Cabin (no 5). A wooden tipi with an attached and covered kitchen area. Decking...

We stayed at the granary apartments and Manorafon, both were very clean and well equipped. The area is lovely, unspoilt and natural and lots to see and do. The service is efficient and super-friendly - special mention to Kelly and the office girls for their thoughtfulness !

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Staying at fforest is an experience more like staying in a hotel than a tent,a hotel with woodland corridors and canvas rooms. No TV, no mini bar, no trouser press:Sleeping, living and eating under canvas. With beauty, birdsong and cold-at-night. We offer a selection of accommodation types from traditional tunnel tents to Scandinavian Katas and geodesic domes. NEW for 2013 we have the fforest campshack - two bell tents with a communal living and dining area, complete with woodburning stove. Ideal for larger groups or two families to share, the campshack sleeps up to 8. If you don't do canvas then we also offer 4 crog lofts - boutique split level living in a converted farm building.
