Plenty parking, this hotel has a great central location , not that Ullapool is a massive place !. Rooms are clean and tidy but dated . The adjoining Bar is well stocked and has entertainment most weekends in high season. Great breakfast choices and evening meals are also available .

Fish and chips for three to take away. Service horrendous by what appeared to be students more interested in their passport status than serving the public. Fish supper served in open box placed on counter, Close it yourself, would have been great if one could do so. Fish nice and hot but chips almost cold. Defo not recommend.

We stayed here for one night while on a cycling trip. I had a single room for £25 inc breakfast which was great value. The room was small and dated but was adequate for a short stay. The hotel is in a good central location and was busy with coach tour groups when we stayed.

The Hotel had a natural warmth and cosyness in its structure, in spite of the incessant rain and chill outside. The pub in the Hotel was enjoyable, especially because of the ongoing football matches. The rooms were also of a modest size.

The hotel staff were very welcoming , the room was clean and the bed comfortable. This is an old hotel that is looking a bit worn but it's perfectly ok for a stay of a couple of days. Nice bar with some great live music at times , right in the middle if town , and easy to park.

Upon arrival at the Caladoinai Hotel we were greeted by the assistant manager and give our room number so there was no lengthy check in just given the room key and our luggage was taken to our room. The room was clean and well appointed for an hotel of this rating, our only problem the floor boards were very creaky... More

Stayed here for two nights this week. Booked in May at £25 per night for a single room, so wasn't expecting much. On arrival was charged £30 per night per room, but went with it. On said arrival waited around for 15 minutes before receptionist appeared. Lugged massive suitcase (was doing 9 nights in & around Scotland) up 3 flights... More

This hotel wasnt a cheap choice but OMG what a disaster. We could see when we entered the room that things could only get worse. One of the single beds looked like someone had sat on it only this was the mattress and the toilets were, well I can't find the word to describe it. We complained but as the... More

We have just come back from a coach trip that included the Isles of Lewis Harris and Skye, so this Hotel was well placed for the tour. Managers Andrew and Cameron were polite and hands on constantly throughout our stay, making sure that everyone was alright. There was a change of room for one of the passengers and it was... More

Like many of these former quite grand places, this hotel needs a lot of investment. Clearly the owners have embarked upon some but more is necessary. Value for money was good as we booked through an online agency and obtained an upgrade to a room with sea view on arrival Our room (44) was quite well appointed but the bathroom... More
