We visited Ardlair last night for an overnight stay in room 3. The location is sensational, the facilities are sensational , and the welcome and service was brilliantly warming. Can not recommend this place highly enough. The view from the rooms is stunning, they are beautifully furnished and very clean.

We have just returned from an 8 week trip around UK & Ireland using 41 different B&Bs and rank Ardlair near Ullapool number 3 of the places in which we stayed. The house is quite modern with lovely grounds and garden and great views of Loch Broom. Also has ample off street parking. Our room (#1) was very spacious, tastefully... More

We felt welcome at once. The room is very spacious for two people and the view is amazing. Our hosts were very friendly and we had self made cookies and fudge and one day whiskey for free. We stayed three nights and would recommend the B&B to everybody without concerns. Also for the fair price-performance ratio.

Stayed in early June for 2 nights in this fabulous property with lovely friendly, welcoming owner. Everything is excellent. Clean and well appointed in a great location looking over Loch Broom. Will return hopefully soon.

On the road out of town at the top of the hill sits Ardlair B&B. It's really like a small hotel, purpose-built with large, comfortable rooms and skylights. The bathroom was excellent. Our host was very accommodating when we arrived late and just wanted a quiet snack we brought in the dining room, letting us use the fridge and the... More

This is a lovely B&B with an even lovelier Landlady Ayesha! The room was very spacious, newly decorated, new bathroom and a stunning view on the Loch and on Ullapool. Allthough she did not offer breakfast at the moment, the stay was most comfortable and she even put fresh coffee and milk in front of our door in the morning.... More

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Ardlair is clean and nicely decorated. Ayesha was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The view from the b&b is fantastic, it is in a great spot. Breakfast is not included, but this is made aware of when booking and there are places to eat nearby... More

The Ardlair is located some miles out of Ullapool, near Morefield, but it's a great place to stay. The owner is very kind and nice, and the view over the bay is Fantastic! The room are very comfortable and clean.
