Stayed in a large twin with ensuite. Good sized shower. House and room lovely and very clean. Well kept gardens to look onto. Couple very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Only 5 mins walk to harbour front. Would stay again.

We stayed 2 nights at Broombank and loved everything about it. It's several streets from the centre of Ullapool so parking is no problem yet it's still an easy walk into town. Our host Shirley was very friendly and helpful with advice about what to do and where to eat. Our room was large, spotless and very comfortable, as was... More

We stayed there for only 1 night at the beginning of our Skye holiday. The room was modern, and spotless. Shirley made us feel very at home,as if we had known her for a long time. Shirley is a great cook and we really enjoyed her breakfast to send us on our journey. If we were to stay in Ullapool,I would... More

I stayed with one of my club colleagues from Queensferry for the annual Ullapool Coastal Rowing Regatta. We stayed in the twin room which was immaculate comfortable and well provided with storage. The en suite was great with a huge shower cabinet. The beds were very comfortable though after a day's racing I could have slept on the floor. Shirley... More

We stayed in the Broombank B&B only for one night, it is very modern room with onsuite bathroom. The hosts were helpful and breakfast was served in a lovely bright front room overlooking the entrance to Loch Broom.

My husband and I recently stayed here for 4 nights. The B and B was in a quiet part of Ullapool and our sleep was not disturbed at all. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean and very warm. The en-suite bathroom was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and Shirley made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough... More

For sunset fanatics the best place to be. Also one of the cleanest B&Bs I have seen with nice bathrooms and very good showers. If cleanliness is very important for you this is where you should go. If you want to feel really welcome.....probably not. It feels like the dirt on your shoes is being looked at more than your... More
