Jackie has lived here for over 40 years and offers two rooms in her gorgeous family home overlooking the views north and eat of the Mynd and her outstanding garden. Tea on arrival was nicely done and offered in her lovely conservatory. Rooms are spacious, good cotton sheets, small but clean and good shower. Breakfast in a a beautiful dinning... More

Looking to stay in the area for a few days in order to attend the wedding of my god-daughter, I chanced on Lawley House on the internet. And how lucky that I did! Food and accommodation (all those books to browse!!) were wonderful and it was worth the journey just to experience the peace and beauty of the garden. It... More

Our hosts Jackie and Jim run a great B&B, we stayed here in 2009 on our last visit to Uk and could not wait to go back again this year for the second time. We stayed in the "Lawley" room which has a wonderful view over their magnificent garden, and has ensuite. The bed is very comfy and the complimentary... More

We came on the recommendation of friends, and it was everything they said and more. The house is lovely, very comfortable, the room (Lawley) is comfortable and well appointed, although I had a peek at the other room and it was lovely as well. The Lawley room has the absolutely best view towards the Shropshire Hills. If you're awake early... More

We went to Lawley House on the recommendation of a friend, and it was even better than we were led to expect. In fact, I'd say it's tied for my favorite B&B ever. Jackie and Jim were fantastic hosts, from the just-baked lemon cake and tea they served on our arrival to producing information and recommendations. The house is very... More

Having tried various places to find accommodation in the area for myself and the in-laws visiting for a funeral, Jackie went above and beyond by arranging a stand in (she was to be away on holiday) to look after us during our stay. Ann was a charming host and looked after our every needs. . . The house was very... More

We stayed in the Lawley Room with amazing views and lovely little touches to make you feel at home and what a superb breakfast also. The whole place is such a treat, we were made to feel... More

This was our third visit to Lawley House and already we can't wait for the fourth. The house is beautiful and so are the gardens, with dahlias, sedum, roses and sweet peas in bloom, and breath taking views to the fields and hills beyond. Jackie and Jim welcomed us with tea and cakes, and they now feel like good friends.... More

We love this place. The whole ambiance is extraordinary. The hosts, Jackie and Jim, are a delight and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well equipped. The communal areas, (not that we saw anyone else,) are superb and dressed with impeccable taste. The gardens and views are to die for! We cannot recommend this establishment... More
