Great beach for the family. It can get quite windy but lots of places to take shelter. Lots of space so never on top of each other. Easy to get to, lots of parking and the village is worth a visit as well

Yet another fab beach on the Northumberland coast line.Great views towards Bamburgh Castle.Great for dogs and families.Very safe,you can walk for miles.Then have a walk around the shops and take a trip to the Farne Isles and finish off with great fish and chips.

Lovely long clean beach. Car Parking £1.50 all day right next to the beach. Dogs welcome, children playing and people walking. Quiet no arcades or shops just peace and quiet. Great on a nice day. Toilets about 10 minutes walk away. Take your rugs chairs...More
