We stayed for a night at the Inn and we would highly recommend if you're in the local area. We booked in advance and on arrival the room was ready and were booked straight in. The Inn is very well maintained, it's roomy and airy. As requested we had I lovely view and the room was as described on their... More

We stayed for one night in August. We had 2 rooms & other members of our family had further rooms. The rooms were clean & well equipped. Some had a bath but we just had a shower, which was fine. The staff were really friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to clean our room first so we... More

We recently spent a night at the Captain Cook and found it excellent value for money. It is basically a pub with rooms. Nothing fancy or flash but most definitely comfortable, clean and friendly and, they serve great food. Its ideally located at the top of the village and has the added advantage of private parking. Evidently there are lovely... More

we stopped off here for drinks and sat outside. staff were friendly and the conveniences were well maintained and decorated in a rock style. the pub is right at the top of the steep hill into Staithes so ideal to stop off for a drink on the way down and back up.

Visiting Staithes on a sunday, looking for somewhere to have lunch and happened upon this pub. The staff were really friendly and helpful, one of our party has problems finding gluten free options to eat but the staff here couldn't have been more helpful. We opted for sunday roast, choice of Pork, Turkey or beef. Special gluten free gravy made... More

I was booked in to a double room (single occupancy) and was upgraded on arrival to a family room on the top floor with dual aspect and a view of the sea. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location excellent.

We popped to Staithes on our way to see family and the quality of the food is as good as ever. The fish and chips were huge and just right for my hungry boys! I had the homemade steak pie which was equally as good and packed with meat. Never been disappointed with any of the food we've had at... More

Great place and lounge is dog friendly. We ate here a couple of times during our week in Staithes and the food was always good. Great location too. We had the sharing platter for 2 and it was amazing, couldn't believe how large the portions were.

Nice rooms and friendly staff, and close enough to walk down to the harbour, I never give 5 but was also slightly disappointed in the take out breakfast but to be fair it was ready for 5.30am when we left. I would go back. The breakfast room looked nice if we had hung around. Parking was good
