Stayed for work, very good prices nice clean room in good order. Friendly staff, had to make own coffee for breakfast but that's no trouble. Plenty of parking and close to the Town center. I will certainly use this hotel again, its offers exceptional value.

Firstly can i say after reading the previous review the lady in question really must give the hotel another try. We travelled to louth on a 3 day break. The hotel is approximately 15 mins walk from the town but is a great Base to explore the surrounding sights. E.g Mablethorpe and Lincoln. The hotel has a good car park...

I stayed here for one night while travelling with my mother and aunt to visit family in the area. My mother and aunt shared a spacious and very pleasant double bedroom on the first floor (£85 per night including breakfast) and i had a tiny, rather tired in places, single on the ground floor (£65). My room had a double...

We organised this hotel for our family of fifteen to celebrate our wedding, and we were not disappointed. In the build up to our arrival we had to make several changes to our booking and nothing was too much trouble. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, assisting with the planning of accommodation, menus and prepared the evening buffet for...

On a recent 2 night stay at this hotel we were booked into a room with an awful smell. We were moved the next day to alternative rooms but the hotel owner was rude, and extremely unhelpful. She obviously has had no training in customer service as I have never been spoken to in this way in any service industry....

The staff are lovely and very helpful. Hotel itself is very tired and the owner is very offensive and unfriendly. Makes Fawlty Towers seem like 5 star accommodation. I would highly recommend to steer clear and for the staff to find a better place to work in.

Friendly family run hotel in a very nice area of Louth. Just ten minutes walk to the centre of this lovely market town. Nice breakfast and reasonably well stocked bar for a small hotel. Would definitely return.

My overall rating is based on our arrival at the hotel and the attitude of the staff. But ours was not a pleasant experience, staff were most helpful but the owner was not. I will complete my review once I have received a reply to my written complaint. Just maybe I will receive an apology once she has had the...
