I stay at this hotel about once a month. The people at the desk are friendly and the rooms are older but nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. Its got places that are close to eat at. Good parking

I was traveling to Tennessee for a wedding and just needed a place to get some sleep. This is a old motel and has many signs of age. The good thing is that I walked right up and got a room and it was clean. Water pressure was good in the morning for the shower and the beds were comfortable.

On the positive side, the staff was friendly. On the downside this motel was dirty and downright scary. Not a place to take children. It is inexpensive for a reason. There are several nice place to stay in Forrest City but this was not one of them.

Traveling cross country with a dog. 11 P.M. looked up Best Western. Had 4 stars and accepted pets. We were told it was no longer a Best Western but had the same policies. I guess Best Western didn't want it's name associated with it. The room was disgustingly filthy. But it was 11P.M so we slept with our clothes on... More

The place was old and semi run down. The only reason to stay is breakfast. The bed was comfortable and clean. The door weather strip was missing leaving an opening the whole length of the door so air came I the room. The night stand did not have handles. The room we had was a handicapped room. There were no... More

$80 for the night plus $20 pet fee. Way overpriced for comfort. Requested non smoking away from other guests if possible for quietness. Room was on the end right at the off and on Ramos for I - 40. Very noisy traffic. All rooms access are outside. Television only had 14 working channels, so missed the Monday night game. The... More

This property was disenfranchised by Best Western in October 2014, but they still have the "Best Western" sign up outside. It's an older motel (doors all open to the outside), not a hotel, my guess is that they lost the franchise because of lack of reinvestment on the part of the owners. There are two buildings. The no-smoking building has... More

Room was good, beds comfortable, really hot water and good pressure. Continuous fan on the A/C was a plus. Breakfast had "real eggs", good selection and was the best that I have had in the last couple of years. I initially thought it odd that we got breakfast certificates, but the separate breakfast room was much nicer than eating in... More

Someone needs to use a scrub brush. The breakfast room was in another building that we had to have a voucher for. The room had been updated sometime and repairs were not done well. We will never stay at this hotel again.
