We only stayed one night in August, but thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Beautiful property, well located. Very comfortable bed with good quality linen, and bathroom looked brand new! Lovely breakfast, and welcoming host made our stay very enjoyable.

A beautiful residence, ideally located. Walking distance into town, major routes all easily accessed so great for touring around. Tania and family extremely welcoming, nothing too much trouble, attention to detail second to none. The dining room is the hub for all guests fabulous to share ideas on where youv'e been to where your'e going, as well as topics for... More

What a fantastic B & B it was lovely and clean, fantastic large room with brilliant bathroom - all very well furnished and to a very high standard. Breakfast was a fun and good experience - as all guests sat together on large dining table and it was fun talking to everyone which broke the ice. The breakfast was very... More

My sister and I stayed at St Leonards for 3 nights and explored the area. My niece went to a nearby Summer School and we took the opportunity to have a few days break. The house was beautiful, the service was excellent and the hosts are very friendly. Would recommend and go back!

We have spent à few days at St Leonard's and were welcome so nicely in this charming house we felt as if we were spending holidays with friends. Beautiful bedrooms, very well decorated, excellent breakfast and nice, kind and helpful hosts. The only question is: when will we come back?

This is a first class B and B with more of a feel of a boutique hotel! It is beautifully decorated with immaculately clean rooms and thoughtful touches from fluffy robes to tasteful hospitality trays. Tania and John could not have been more welcoming and friendly. I booked at the last minute as my father was going into hospital and... More

This was our last night of a stay in and around Dorset. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The rooms were immaculate, spotless and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, generous and cooked to perfection. Most refreshing of all was the genuine warmth and kindness of our hosts ; Tania and Jon were engaging and helpful,... More

We stayed for a couple of nights while attending my niece's wedding. Our room 'The Den' was spacious, well equipped and with an enormous spotlessly clean bathroom. The whole establishment is beautifully and tastefully furnished. It's a short walk into town to find somewhere to eat in the evening. Our hostess Tania was extremely helpful, offering advice about restaurants and... More

Dear Anne, Thank you for your review and your point about the communal dining table. You are the first to mention it. I have checked the website and whilst the home page shows a large table it doesn't clearly stipulate that a communal dining table is the only option. I have amended the website today to reflect this. Thank you... More
