We had a lovely one night stay here. Room was very comfortable - well equiped, elegant but homely - and had beautiful views over Lyme Regis. Delicious breakfast. Zoe & Mark were really friendly and welcoming. Overall a comfortable and relaxed stay. We would happily stay there a lot longer!

Lovely house, our room was great as spacious, light and airy. It is on a steep hill into town which was hard work with a double buggy and part of the walk into town did not have a path but we still had a great day. Lovely sandy beach by the Cobb especially at 10am before the crowds arrive. The... More

Me and my partner had the most amazing weekend here, so friendly and relaxing. Would definitely come back again, lyme regis is my favourite place and this was definitely the best place we stayed. A lovely walk to the town through the little streets, a good breakfast (even if your not awake a bit like me). We went to the... More

A beautiful, funky farm house that makes you want to forget about leaving the hotel and just tucking in for a day or seven. We were able to get adjoining rooms (1 Adult, 1 teen) and had our run of what was a spacious suite of rooms. The bathroom had a magnificent, deep tub. If you are looking for a... More

Stayed at this b & b one night starting our tour of the south west. Characterful house, lovely warm hosts large room and a very tasty filling breakfast using local produce. Walking down to town is ok, bit of a pull back up but ok. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, beautifully decorated. Lovely welcoming hosts and yummy breakfasts! Thank you for a lovely stay and for lending me a coat (next time I will arrive well prepared for winter coastal weather!!). Really enjoyed my short stay here and would happily return.

what a fantastic place.. I had 2 collegues come down to work with us for a week, even though it involved night work, Zoe was more than welcoming, making sure they had breakfast before they went to bed, and even putting them in a room that would be quiet during the day, nothing was too much trouble, and they had... Having stayed here 5/6 times I have got to know Mark & Zoe who are the most genuine and hospitable people you can encounter. The house has been lovingly restored to a high standard , not surprising as Mark is a master craftsman (ask him to show you his workshop) Nice touches with local Lyme Bay soap in room as... More

I stayed here in July with my parents, nephew and baby. Although the house is a little tricky to find, once we arrived we couldn't of received a warmer welcome from the family running the Bed and Breakfast, we were welcomed by all the family. The rooms were lovely, with all the amenities that we needed including a travel cot.... More

to find this lovely B&B in Lyme Regis! Zoe and Mark are such good and child friendly hosts, we can only recommend this great B&B to everyone - specially to families who find it difficult to find a place where children are warmly welcome! Thank you for having us in your amazing and wonderfully decorated house (I just love beautifully... More
