We were on a motorbike tour of the south coast and hadn't booked any accommodation as we didn't know how fast or slow our progress would be. We were really struggling to find a bed for the night so we had to take pot luck online and we were so happy that we did! Pam only received notice of our...

Very enjoyable, relaxing 2 night stay at this homely, comfortable B&B. Stunning views from bedroom window, comfy bed, clean & I appreciated the jug of fresh milk for teas/ coffees in room. The owner, Pam, could not have been more welcoming & friendly. Would thoroughly recommend & plan to return. Excellent value.

Barn Park Farm is a gem! Old and characterful, this is a wonderful place to stay. The room was spotless, the breakfast delicious and Pamela, who runs it, delightful. I just can't fault it. The location is beautiful and very quiet. The extra mile? I left some luggage behind and Pamela delivered it to where I was attending a course...

We decided on a last minute weekend by the sea and booked Barn Park Farm the day before. We arrived late as we got lost but the welcome couldn't have been better. The room was large, clean, bright and airy. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. The landlady couldn't have been more helpful with places we should visit...

A really comfortable, clean and welcoming place to stay. Super English breakfast with homemade lemon and ginger marmalade. The countryside here is stunning. I had supper at the Sidmouth Arms in Upottery on recommendation and wasn't disappointed.

I had to book a last minute bed and breakfast down in Axminister as I was attending a funeral the next day. Booking online, I was a bit dubious but the reviews I had read were very positive... So I took a chance! And I am so glad I did! After having a rotten journey from London to Axminister as...

We had a wonderful B&B stay at the Barn Park Farm. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, helping us with our trip planning, giving us advise where to eat and telling us all about the history of the area. Breakfasts were great. We took two rooms for 5 persons, both were clean and comfortable. The farm is located in...
