This was our first stay at Rick Stein's Cafe and we were given "Fennel" facing onto Middle Street. As it was October noise from the seagulls and delivery vans wasn't intrusive, nor late night noise from people exiting eating establishments close by. We parked in the car park opposite the Seafood Restaurant at a cost of £7 for 24 hours...

Gorgeous room, absolutely perfect, everything you could possibly want for a lovely weekend in Padstow. Really pleased with the room, comfy bed, lovely modern bathroom, fluffy towels and Molton Brown complementary toiletries. The breakfast was perect too, very friendly staff at the Café and at the Seafood restaurant (where we had drinks on the roof-top terrace). Would definitely recommend the...

The Snug Room is exactly as described and in my opinion, acceptable for no more than 1-2 nights stay. Equipped with a 4ft 6in bed (soft mattress), separate shower room, but has a well stocked tea and coffee making facility, magazines, 32" flat screen TV, mini bar, free bottled water each day. This was the only room we could find...

Wonderful well appointed bijou rooms in the heart of Padstow, fluffy towels, volumous duvet, lovely shower and complementary Molton Brown toiletries. Exceptionally well stocked mini bar and treats hamper - all reasonably priced. This accommodation is above the Rick Stein Cafe and right on a Main Street so if you want quiet lie in's it's not for you - as...

Fabulous room with 4-poster, loads of room and all the gadgets. Right in the middle of town - you can drop your stuff off outside and park nearby. On our deal, we could choose whatever we wanted from the café menu for breakfast.

We were lucky enough to have the court yard room in the Rick Stein's cafe on middle Street. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The only negative would be the bath room needs a shower curtain. Other reviews commented street on noise in the morning, we did not experience any noise at all. The staff were friendly,...

We stopped for lunch in July. The food was delicious, the service good....however. It cost £7.40 for 2 small lime and sodas. I am sorry but this is close to disgraceful. Soda water is mext to nothing and a splash of cordial should not be that price.

I stayed in Fennel,a very nice room on first floor front. Very noisy with passers by talking loudly, restaurant cleanup late at night, then seagulls and very noisy delivery vans slamming doors etc in the morning. Thermos of milk went off overnight, and I was only offered coffee, orange juice and toast for breakfast. If somebody was supposed to take...

We stayed at Rick Stein's B&B above his café for three nights, as a part of our two month trip around the UK. I knew you pay for the name....I get it...and I was happy to do so because I wanted to stay at Rick Stein's. The room was up some stairs and along a very narrow corridor and lugging...

Having booked to eat at the Seafood Restaurant and Paul Ainsworth Restaurant, we needed somewhere to stay and having stayed at Rick Stein's hotel a few years ago we thought this would be perfect so booked a two night stay from Tuesday to Thursday. We stayed in the room called the Courtyard, which is the largest of the rooms at...
