Lovely room and very comfortable bed. Our hosts went out of their way to make sure that we were happy, as on our first night we were a bit late, and could not find anywhere for dinner, so they made us a lasagne, and gave us cake for dessert, without any charge. They were very welcoming , and would definitely recommend it to anyone else

Situated right in the centre of Padstow a 'stones throw' from the harbour you couldn't get a better position. A warm welcome and help with carrying the cases which was good as the stairs are steep and tricky to negotiate with a heavy case. This is a very old building and the interior reflects this. The doors are ill fitting and the headroom in the attic room takes some negotiating so that heads aren't bashed. The old electrics mean that a lot of extension leads were in our room. Decent shower. Window blind didn't work but after a 'fiddle' my husband managed to get it down.

Very spacious apartment close to the harbour. Very clean and comfortable with ample storage and mod cons. There is a cafe/bar is next door which provided a free drink on the day of leaving. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to stay when visiting Padstow.

We’ve just stayed at this perfect guest house in the centre of Padstow with views over the harbour. We were delighted to get a free upgrade to an apartment rather than a double room and couldn’t believe the value for money! We will be back :-)
