This was our first trip to The Olde House and we definitely were not disappointed. Pets corner, play barn, playground, swimming pool and numerous activities to keep the whole family entertained. It was great that the children could be independent and make new friends. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful and the woodland fun, tractor ride and falconry... More

I travelled to the Olde House and stayed in Poppy. Poppy is a lovely cottage, but it could do with some updating. The kitchen and bathrooms could be more up to date like The Barn or The Manor House. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable. It's so quiet and so dark at night time nothing can disturb... More

We returned to the Olde House last week for the 2nd consecutive year & stayed in the same appartment. Once again we had a fantastic time which was even better than our original stay the year before mainly because the children were very familiar with the set-up & could be a lot more independent, plus we obviously had a better... Can't recommend this enough. Great cottages which are very well kitted out, excellent facilities and activities for families every day. All the farm staff were very friendly and informative. Well worth every penny A+ only bad comment is that the play area and play barn are very dated and could do with a revamp but still very enjoyable.

I booked 3 x 1 bed unit and 1 x 2 bed unit for my three adult children; two of which have children ranging from 6 months to 2 years 7 months. Great place to stay, wet and dry weather options, freedom for the older children in a safe environment, friendly helpful staff, clean, well equipped accommodation etc. A lot... More

A perfect Holiday for families with young childrens: a warm welcome of the staff, very helpful. The accomodation was clean and equipped with everything needed. The whole place was very quiet with lot of activities: warm and covered swimming with jacuzzi and sauna; a pool; indoor and outdoor playgrounds; pets to have fun with and plenty tractors you can get... We stayed here recently after deciding to go for a more "local" option than Spain or the Balearics. The Olde House was recommended by a friend of my wife's, who has stayed there on a number of occasions. Obviously we checked the place out on Trip Advisor and noted the positive reviews, noting quite a few "rave" ones- you know,... More

Friendly, welcoming and great for kids. Facilities where great and keeps kids entertained. My niece especially loved the pet barn and swimming pool. Great pub in the village for food. The store at Olde House was great as we had arrived in Cornwall by plane to Bristol and it was great being able to borrow buckets and spades and kids... More

What can I say about The Olde House? It's our 10th year now and the kids still love it here. We stayed in Poppy (again!) and it really is home from home. The scones upon arrival are a God send after 4+ hours on the road and the cottage is spotless. We had very few problems but the ones we... More
