I would imagine so, but I guess it depends on the disability you are trying to cater for. It's a modern building so disability features should have been included in the design. I can't recall any steps from the car park into reception and there is a lift to the upper floors. Perhaps give the Travelodge booking line a ring to confirm that they can meet your specific needs?
