We stayed in the Gannet Lodge for 2 night at the beginning of November. The booking prior to this was very easy and the staff professional and polite to deal with. The lodge is lovely and spotless. It is very well equipped and perfect size for a family break. The hot tub was all set up to use which, despite...

Visited for the weekend in the camping pod. Really comfortable inside with double bed/futon and bunk beds. Everything had been thought of from a tea towel for the dishes to a spare tin opener in the communal kitchen! Toilets/showers and small communal kitchen were close to the pods but a little walk across the grass area, I worry if it...

Not long back from a few days stay with three of my children in a camping cabin. As it was our first time here I had no idea what to expect and if I'm honest was worried about being cold at night in October on the East coast of Scotland! What a pleasant surprise it was then that not only...

Just visited for a two night(Tuesday,Wednesday)break at Gilsland. We stayed in one of the very well equipped wooden wigwams,(one little thing though,no matches or lighter for the gas stove)The accommodation was spotless and an ideal size for the 2 of us and our dog.The site was very quiet, with no one else staying in the other wigwams in fact we only saw...

We have just returned from a weeks stay in a gold caravan (fidra corner) . One of the cleanest sites and accommodation we have stayed in . Beautiful park and ideal if you have dogs , would highly recommend.

Just returned from here and didn't want to come home! We stayed in a Big Yin. There were 4 of us, myself, my husband, my 5 yo DD and 13 yo DS. I had never camped before so this seemed like a great alternative. the Yin had a sofa bed and bunk beds, kettle, toaster and fridge. The toilet and...

We stayed for two nights in one of the 'hobbit houses'. These are perfect for families with young children. They have all the basics you need and look out onto a play area. The park seemed safe and the only downside was that they are surrounded by static caravans. However this didn't detract from our stay and at half an...

Loved our stay! The camping cabins are great fun, very functional & well equipped. Showers & camp kitchen are close to the cabins (& quiet) & there's also a laundry block. There's plenty of space for the children to play & run around & North Berwick, and surrounds, has a good variety of activities for all. (Also train to Edinburgh...

I stayed in The Puffling superior studio with my husband for 3 nights in June. When I first saw 'The Puffling' I was a bit shocked at the size. I was so shocked I actually burst out laughing as I thought it was a shed to store the gas canisters for the other caravans etc. Once I opened the gate...

We had a lovely relaxing weekend at Gilsland, staying in the 'big yin' cabin. It was just about big enough for our family of 5. The cabin is well equipped with everything we needed. There aren't a huge amount of facilities on-site but there is a decent play park and plenty of space for the little ones to ride bikes...
