Welcoming and warm B and B when visiting in the winter. Very helpful in directing us to a good local pub with real ale and good food within walking distance- The Crown. Great breakfast with friendly service and good to fill a flask for us. Room was comfortable and good ensuite facilities.

We arrived in the afternoon, and found our way into the reception at the back of the House. There was no one on reception but rang a bell and a gentleman came down to check us in. Very friendly and informative. Our room was located on ground floor off the courtyard. Toasty warm inside and well presented with enough storage...

Having read the majority of reviews I will not reiterate the negative comments in detail but it would appear it does depend in which room you are given as to it being modern, dated, cramped or noisy! We stayed in room 8 and I have to say the bed, mattress and linen was highly acceptable, however the en-suite was another...

Very friendly welcome, steep climb up to room up a wonky narrow staircase which even the owner said he didn't like. Had a king size bed which didn't leave much room to move. Folding door to ensuite which you could hear everything through. Breakfast was brilliant & would stay there again as so central to town but only on the...

Situated a short walk from the harbour this B&B was easy to find. Well run, clean and tidy. It offers you all the necessary items you would expect at a B&B. Breakfast was ordered in advance the night before which worked well as it meant we didn't have to wait too long to tuck into our delicious English breakfast. I...

Second visit to this lovely lovely b&b. Choice of breakfast is amazing, allowing you full choice over a range of locally produced items, whether you are Gluten Free, Vegetarian or "normal"😂. Stayed in garden room number 4 this time with the four poster bed, how decadent! We hear you say. Yes indeed, what a treat. Kate was as welcoming as...
