This is a great place to stay, with Maddie and Martin being great hosts. Maddie prepares an excellent cooked breakfast. The Vicarage is located on the outskirts of the village and is ideally located for exploring North West Norfolk, Kings Lynn and Sandringham. There is Free wifi and onsite parking.

This is just like staying in the home of a good friend as the hosts are so kind and caring. They could not do enough for you and the breakfast is amaziing - such a good wide choice for breakfast better than most hotels. Although it is a shared bathroom it is a big lovely one and the rooms are a good size too all in a modern house set back from the road with parking and views of the surrounding countryside. It is in a quiet and peaceful village but very close to the A47 and 20 minutes drive from Kings Lynn. Excellent for the fenlands and North Norfolk as well as Peterborough. Usual tray in your room with kettle and plenty of hot drinks and excellent TV.

The 7 star of Bed & Breakfasts ! Absolutely perfect, nothing is too much trouble for Martin and Maddie. Spotlessly clean, with a comprehensive breakfast menu. As I am working in the area at the moment it's proved a real home from home.

set in a pretty countryside location,,we received a warm welcome and presented with a good sized room with tea and coffee tray a large bathroom and roll top bath as opposite our room on the landing.dressing gowns were supplied. Closeby was a village pub serving good pub fare with plentyfull amounts of good beer and Norfolk hospitality. .After a peacefull night breakfast was outstanding with lots of extras like home made preserves and fresh coffee. A very reasonable price Well done Maddie

We stayed just one night at Tilney Vicarage but we felt so relaxed and pampered there, and the price, incredibly just £30pp B and B!. The hosts Maddy and Martin think of everything, usual tea and coffee in the rooms but also Horlicks and ovaltine as well as hot chocolate. Bottle water, a torch, sewing kits, you name it, l felt totally spoilt and nothing is too much trouble. l stay away a fair amount with work and l am always looking for the most comfortable places but this was outstanding for comfort and value. The breakfast is amazing too, l had porridge, fruit salad, then scrambled eggs and salmon but the choice was endless and so delicious. Martin even dropped us off at the local pub, it's easily walkable but we were late for last dinner orders. We both bought some home made jam, lovingly prepared by Maddy at only £1.60 per pot, really is good jam too wish l'd bought more. You will not be disappointed
