Chose this B and B to be near to Kings Lynn as visiting family. It was a little distance away and in a small village but very nice location. The room was nice and the bed very comfy. Hosts really nice and the breakfast nice too. We had highland cows over the way so a pleasant view and they had several very friendly dogs..kept separate if you aren't keen but I love dogs so was very happy to go and stroke them all. There was a very pretty and interesting church just a few minutes walk from the lodge.

I’ve stayed here countless times when visiting for work and never once disappointed. The most welcoming hosts I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They make great cakes and mouth-watering full English breakfast. Parking is never a problem and I always have a restful nights sleep here.

Quality accommodation, A very rural and quiet location. Lovely welcome by Simon and the dogs which were in a separate paddock. Modern room spotless, very comfortable bed, good range of teas with fresh baked home made cake. Bathroom spotless, lovely big shower good water pressure. Evening meals depend on whether the local pubs serve food or the chef is having a night off. Visiting will require a driver as real ale is available! I used the Hare Arms, beer was good but very pricey at £4.20 a pint . 10 oz fillet steak was £25, nice chips and salad. Lovely atmosphere with real fires and slabbed flooring. About 25-30 min drive. You will need a satnav, other local pubs on a Monday were not serving food that night. Breakfast is chosen in advance the night before . Very well presented, great breakfast , gorgeous breakfast room with lovely country views. I will return is all I can say.

Situated in a beautiful quiet rural location with gardens and views of the countryside, this is one of the most comfortable places I have ever stayed. The accommodation is extremely well thought through with books including local interest in the room, a large shower and everything scrupulously clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed with high quality bedding and towels. The hosts are lovely and very welcoming. The house and gardens are beautiful. Home made cakes in the room, toiletries and shower cap (big thanks for shower cap). So basically 5 star standard hotel in a bed and breakfast. Breakfast cooked to specification and vegetarian options. Great coffee including coffee bags in room. Whilst rural, it is handy for King's Lynn and for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Marvellous value for money. I loved it and recommend very highly.
